Speaking for the people that works graveyard. It will be nice to get a fresh cup of coffee with creamer and no excuses. Every time I come here either the door is not open or they just don't have it all together to even have business stores open. If the employees always seem to act like they don't understand or that they don't speak English. I just don't understand at this point how is AMPM even working out.

Remember, it's a Gas Station.I come here, use my card, fill my gas and leave. It's always okay. FAR Better that the am/pm on Watt & Auburn. This one the "Tap" and the Insert card always work and I NEVER Have to go inside. The traffic here can be really bad. Sometimes, it's VERY difficult to get in, find a pump and get out. I tend to stay away from this one during rush hours.

Says they're open 24 hours, but they are certainly not. Don't waste your time if your thirsty after 11pm. The sign lies.

Rude employee ...on his phone. No contact/customer service. Cigarettes are 5.00 more than 711. Will never go back. These establishments need to be shut down.

Based on my experience, the place is extremely clean and the customer service was amazing. I didn't feel rushed through my transaction and I've never ever experienced such good customer service as this as well as cleanliness.

I’ve been here on 4 different occasions and each time there has been a “come back in 10 minutes sign”. Always at various points throughout the day - doesn’t matter if it’s day or night. And I’ve waited the 10 and no one comes. What’s happening here?

You know what - "F" the cashier at this gas station. I was locked out my car and the cashier wouldn't let me use the phone. Some teenagers pulled up and were so quick to help and lend me their phone right away. So thank you to the kind strangers ! Again, "F" that cashier on the night of March 19, 2022. Maybe next time when you're locked out, no body will help you !

By far the worst ampm I've ever been to. The customer service is horrible they never have any hotdogs or any type of food like that and if they do it's old as hell. Then there's the whole never being open late at night I always thought ampm was a 24 hour thing. I would never tell anyone to go to this ampm it's best to avoid it all together

AVOID THIS PLACE! My daughter was admitted for kidney failure and when I stopped there after work, with everything on my mind, I left with my snacks, but forgot to pump the gas. They REFUSED to give me my money back and kept changing their story, 1st saying the money would go back to my card, then saying if it were CASH he could refund it, but not my debit card? the ONLY people there were employees, so I really hope they enjoyed my gas. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! AND I am contacting corporate!!!

I asked them to change the cheese and the guy said he doesn’t care we can eat that cheese. The cheese was the same color as the chili. Then he refused to give us our money back!
