“Dr. Boczar is AMAZING. Our dog is super anxious, and has a somewhat rare medical condition, and Dr. Boczar is so patient and gentle with him. He loves her, which is saying something because he is usually terrified of new people. The staff is so helpful and efficient, and they truly care.”

“We moved here from northern CA and needed to establish with a new vet. We asked around, and the group that consistently kept coming up was Toro Park Animal Hospital. I was hesitant at first because of "hospital" in the name, thinking it was more than the basic vet care I was looking for. I'm SO GLAD we decided to go. The facility is immaculate, the front staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The communication via text reminding of appointments is great, and after appointments that were a little more involved, the staff reached out by phone the next day to check and see how they were doing. They explain the charges in detail and answer all.of your questions. The drs are very knowledgeable and kind. One of our pups is an abused rescue and can be very timid. They are just wonderful with him. I like that you can have an appt with a tech vs a vet for smaller things like nail trim, flea med etc. When you call, the staff is very patient with your questions and scheduling.I am extremely happy with Toro Park Animal Hospital. Hopefully we won't need extensive, serious care for our little guys, but it's nice knowing we have somewhere we have confidence in to take them if we do.”

“Just adopted a dog over the weekend. I had been checking out his profile on the website so I knew I wanted him. Everyone was very nice except 1 lady. I'm assuming she was a supervisor or something. She was rude and boss to the young lady that was doing my paper work. The girl working with me was on point, not letting the bossy one get to her. My new dog is a sweetheart and is fitting in very well with his cat siblings.”

“Nov 2022 my peanut (min pin 12 years old) got diagnosed with lymphoma. The animal cancer center staff has been nothing but amazing to us. They've some how given me another year half with my baby and I'm so grateful. I know not every story is like mine but I am so gratefu for this place and its staff!! Robert has always been caring and nice even when I had questions about how much treatment was. I drive six hours to take my dog to chemo I wouldn't do it if this place was anything short of a miracle. Dr. A is an angel helping our sweet babies. if you need their services and are lucky enough to get in I hope you're blessed like I was with more time.”

“Friendly staff, the vet was amazing and did everything do help my bird. A little pricey but I don’t mind, anything to keep my birds healthy and happy. My bird got better very quickly thanks to the vet and the after care I gave. Definitely would recommend this clinic!!”

“They've been my vet for years & have always been great & a non-traumatizing experience for the entire family. Dr Anderson was our vet originally but we see a lady now & she's down to earth & understanding. Pricing is as fair as any vet & they do a really thorough job. I've also taken advantage of their recommendations for specialists when the need arised & they've never steered me wrong. Great locally owned business. Rachel is super great & helpful with scheduling too. Always.”

“Dr Dykstra has been one of my horses main vets from this clinic for several years now. Last week my horse came down with an acute lameness on 2 legs and hurting over his whole body, he could barely walk. Dr Hibbits so kindly saw him on an emergency appointment at my house quickly after I called, started him on a high dose of Bute for a few days till he was sound enough to trailer. Dr Dykstra saw him at the clinic and was, and always has been, so easy to educate me on step by step diagnostics in the best interest of my horse. No questions were left unanswered and my mind was at ease when we were done. She even went the extra mile to spend about 15 minutes helping me load my horse back in the trailer who was giving us a real hard time. All of their vets are always very kind, thorough, and educational. I always trust them with all of my horses whatever the problem may be.”

“Amazing people! They helped us to put our beautiful dog down, and were so kind and caring through the whole process! Now I have a kitten that they all LOVE and take pictures of (shoutout to Maango) ❤️ sure they can be understaffed at times, but not everything is perfect. I really appreciate you guys so much.”

“They have been taking care of my guinea pigs for more than 3 years. My male guinea pig suffered a severe infection and heart murmur and the vet did a great job to reverse it. I also board my pigs there occasionally too.”

“Blue Pearl Pet Hospital is a pretty good place for emergency veterinary care. The place does seem to be very busy so the waiting time can be several hours. Some of the staff in the office are unfriendly and rude but the doctors and technicians really seemed to be devoted to the care of the pets. The care they provided for my little dog was very good and very caring. The only thing I didn't like was the long wait without receiving any kind of updates. Overall I rate this animal hospital with four stars. I do believe they can make some improvements to their policies and procedures as well as improving the attitudes of their office staff.”

“Although a bit pricier than others in the area, it's worth it. The staff are incredible, kind, knowledgeable and communicative. My cat was sick and they took really good care of him and even made sure he had a box to hide behind in his 'room' when he had to stay overnight.”

“I adore Dr. Herrmann and her incredible staff!! She helped me ease thru having to put a previous pet to sleep and is my go-to for any issues with my pets. She won't give you any bs and shoots straight with where your pet's health is at. If you are expecting someone to just tell you what you want to hear or, like the previous reviewer, have some wildly entitled notion that you can stop the entire functioning of her ER vet services so that you can give her uneducated "guesses" as to what you think is going on based on some simple google searches ... yea, that previous reviewer clearly found out Dr. Herrmann does NOT suffer fools or foolishness. What she DOES do, and better than any other vet i've ever seen, is get your animal fixed up and on the mend. I'm sorry for my anger showing thru in this post about something someone else wrote, but Dr. Herrmann is a saint and cussing her out in German is not something i will allow to go unanswered”
