Geoffrey and his team are highly skilled and customer friendly. It’s a small busy shop but they try to fit you into the schedule. Foreign cars are a specialty.

I took my old truck with some electrical issues there. They fixed it in two hours and charged me a fair price. Everyone from the owner to the mechanics were kind and friendly.

My dad will only go to this garage to fix his cars, but I on the other hand have not had good issues there. I recently bought a new jeep. I took it to them to fix and the new mechanic Alex copied my keys for the benefit of the COSA NOSTRA THE MAFIA of Monterey and Carmel Valley village 93924. After several thousands of dollars spent in their shop he has the audacity to copy my keys not just once, but twice after I had my ignition re-keyed after he copied them the first time. I hoped he wouldn't notice, but I was wrong. After I completed my repairs, I noticed that my gas just depleted out of the tank mysteriously when I returned from going into the post office or into the store. Knowing that he copied the keys I still secure my car with cable locks. I had them install a theft prevention hood lock but they refused to install the starter cutoff switch that makes the hood lock so great. And instead I think Alex also copied the hood lock keys and gas distributed them. I still have to remove ignition fuses to keep car secure. It is unfortunate that stupid people are in charge of community safety. Since they copied my ignition keys, I believe they also copied the hood lock key. I visited my doctor the other day. When I looked out the window at my car, a brown hair lady in an older grey king cab truck was pulling out of the space next to mine, but wasn't there when I parked. And I was only gone 20 minutes. I am obviously followed always! When I returned from my doctor's visit, all of the fuses had been removed and put back into improper locations. And the windows and horn no longer in operation. Another instance of vandalism due to Copied keys by Carmel Valley Garage the last repair shop to have access to my engine compartment. Now in the past several days, I've noticed steering issues. I opened the hood to find the cap to the power steering fluid unscrewed, ajar, allowing air to seep into the system causing undetected problems. The cap is located right next to the EVAP purge valve that they had been working on with zero fix. Don't take your car to this shop unless your made of money or work for the COSA NOSTRA of Monterey. It is a Mafia shop!

Honest guys that know their stuff - and i like to support local business. I did have something they were not comfortable fixing, so they recommended me to someone else instead of doing a bad job. That's integrity. I'll recommend them.

Simple crank shaft sensor replacement, dropped off in late afternoon, had it ready next day by 3pm, would have been earlier but the wrong sensor was delivered to them.$70 for the sensor, $150 for diagnosis, $125 labor. Generally do car repairs myself, so feels expensive but I think they're prices are probably competitive. Well run business, friendly, great with follow up, got me on the same day - calling around to other shops, it was going to take days and days. I was on vacation so I'm happy I found d these guys.

I was shopping at Safeway and, when I got back to my car, it wouldn't start. I walked over and asked if they could help me. I don't know who I spoke to, but the gentleman said he could help but had a couple of cars ahead of me. He offered me the portable jumper, which I gladly took. He made sure I was comfortable using it and only asked to hold my driver's license until I returned the jumper. I came back and asked how much I owed. He told me I owed nothing. I still offered some cash anyway. It was a great experience - it wasn't just about they money for this business.

We were visiting Carmel Valley when our Traction Control began to malfunction. We stopped in Carmel Valley Garage & spoke to Geoffrey, who assured us he would check it out & do his best to get us back on the road. He could have given us a large bill & started changing parts, but he didn't. He was honest & let us know what was happening, giving us a few options, with very little out of pocket. Then he went above & beyond any expected service & helped us get our vehicle back home. Geoffrey is a true professional, and a really great person. I wish he were in our area, we would take all our vehicles to him. Thanks again Geoffrey!
