WARNING: I have been doing business with Vita Forte Inc. company for the past few months in 2023/2024 and I HONESTLY CANNOT RECOMMEND Them.
I have dealt directly with Carlos and Sarah and after agreeing on packaging terms, we paid in advance only to later find out that they did not produce what they had promised and did NOT REFUND us the difference.
Then on Top Of That, in just a couple of months they changed their terms / agreement, which cost our small company a lot of pain and loss...
When we asked for the money back from the production that they had not completed, they refused to pay us back. We will report them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) as well as other places online so that others can avoid being burned like we have with them.
These people cannot be trusted and I strongly advise others NOT to do business with them.
Replying back to Carlos on his response back to us:
Carlos, you seem to forget QUITE a FEW things:
We only got the Organic Certification approved for one label via your organization and could therefore not proceed with the packing of the other products that we had intended to.
We even sent you all the other labels so that you could get them approved via your Organic Certifier, but you did NOT get ANY of these other labels approved... you only did it for the one product. So for you to say that it was US that did not pack more products is a LIE! ...as it was YOUR company that did follow through... You don't, again seem to know all the facts, but this can easily be confirmed by Sarah and all the email correspondence between us... So WE CAN ACTUALLY PROVE THIS AS WELL!
....so for whoever is reading this review, here you see another Sneaky Way that they are trying to circumvent the truth.
Besides, changing your MOQ / Minimum Order Quantity after your company had agreed to our packing volume is NOT our fault, it is Yours, and it is then of course expected that You should also pay for shipping out our remaining inventory that otherwise would be stranded there.
And another point you are bringing up: When YOU change your MOQ from 2400 to 10 000 (Ten THOUSAND units), it is You that is breaking the agreement... so Why In The World should we be responsible for the storage fees while we were scrambling to find another organic packer???
And Carlos: for some reason, you are not even commenting on the 2200 units that we PREPAID for and for which you NEVER refunded our money. Clearly, you are not a "Stand Up Business Man"!.
So what you are talking about just shows again how dishonest you and your company are.
This will be the MOST expensive, to be exact, $242.14 that you have avoided spending to do the right thing.
If you want to continue going back and forth like this, I am more than capable to put more and more details down here for others to see... as You CLEARLY have not done the right thing...
