I went into UPS in mid valley today. I was greeted by Candace who was really nice, professional & helped me with everything needed. Would definitely go to that location again!

Candace that works here is always so helpful and so sweet! Always gets everything I need done quickly and thoroughly. The Amazon return kiosk is so easy and quick as well.

As someone who frequently needs to send goods to Asia and Eurasia, I am a die-hard fan of UPS. I haven't had a bad customer service experience yet, and Candace has always been helpful even when I'm up against a tight timeline.

What an amazing group of employees! Best decision I ever made to have personal possessions shipped across country, using this UPS Store. Less expensive than any other alternative, wonderful customer service, picked up my boxes, reassured me when going through "moving heebie jeebies" and were both professional and very human. Kudos to Matt, Candace, Miranda and everyone there!

I came into the Mid Valley UPS needing to print up sheet music for my students. I had a bunch of the same song written in different keys for the different instruments. Candace helped me get everything I needed printed and kept in order so I could hand the sheet music to the kids with ease. Thank you Candace for all your help. I’ll be back for sure. 6 stars!!!

I arrived at mid valley ups store late afternoon on Thursday. Fabulous Candace was working with another customer. After they completed, Jacob, the greatest UPS driver walked in to pick up packages. Candace incredibly boxed, labeled and had my packages ready to go with Jacob within only a couple of minutes!! Remarkable! I love this place! Packages arrived to destinations Saturday! She is truly spectacular! I can always count on the incredible service at Mid Valley Carmel UPS store!!??
