Last minute Birthday arrangement for my daughter living in the area , asked for nice arrangement willing to pay ,wanted a decorative vase.Received the flowers on time nothing extraordinary , plain clear vase without a ribbon or bow or anything relating to HB. Think twice before ordering if your not from Carmel area

Every year on the anniversary of my mom's passing I order an arrangement for my dad. This year I decided to go with "the little guy" and order from a local florist. Never again. I ordered on 10/5 for delivery 10/16, so in PLENTY of time. On the 16th I started getting texts from Avas Flowers that it wouldn't be delivered that day but would be delivered the next day. OK, not the date I requested but OK. No delivery was made on the 17th or 18th. I followed up with phone calls both days (their phone system just hangs up on you), chats (just a bot) and on their website (it will just say they're looking into it). Finally on the 19th (today) it says it was delivered. My dad looks all over and doesn't find it. I called customer support for the fourth or fifth time and finally got a live person. I told her I wanted a full refund as I was sick of getting the run around with no product. She told me that it said it had been delivered and she would need to wait for a photo from the florist. I insisted it hadn't and told her I wanted a refund again. I also told her just to escalate me to a supervisor. Between her and the supervisor I was on the phone/hold for 33 minutes. Supervisor gets on and said it has been delivered. WHILE I WAS WAITING for the supervisor it did finally get delivered but not when my first text said it was, which was about an hour before it actually was! I'm getting a whopping $15 back and my dad got some kind of apology phone call. Do yourself a favor and NEVER order from this place or Avas Flowers if you want any decent customer service.

Standing at their shop 8:45am not sure if the 8:30 time Google gives for opening is right or they changed times. It is a Thursday and should be open now. I see why the bad reviews. Habit forms life disciplines. Being late, misrepresenting flower arrangements(as others have ordered) and just not caring. Strange way to do business. IF they open at 9am then they should change it on Google and I'll change my review. Have to go across town to another florist.

I ordered flowers, they confirmed availability and delivery, and 30 min later they just call and say “sorry we ran out of flowers. Best we can do is refund. Thank you, bye” extremely rude. It says it’s a local company but I highly doubt they are.

First time using this florist as I live out of town. I ordered a birthday arrangement for a friend and needed next day delivery. I texted a couple of sample ideas. The arrangement was delivered on time, and my friend loved it. Very happy with the service. Will use them again.

Pretty bad experience! Flowers been delivered one day earlier than explicit delivery date that I scheduled. They decide to do it without any notification or check with me if it will be fine. Customer care is not helpful and not friendly at all. Although prices are pretty high and you expect some kind of good customer experience level but do not get it.

NEVER USE THIS FLORIST!!! I ordered a deluxe bouquet for my uncle's family when he passed. We live in Missouri and can not be there for funeral services. THIS is what was delivered! When I called to complain about the $85.00 bouquet that I purchased I was told it was very similar to what was on their website. I may be a "hick from Missouri" but even I can tell the difference between these two bouquets!!!!! A total rip off!!!!! If I could post 0 stars, I would!!!

Just look at these two photos and compare these two bouquets. This is how their real bouquet Premium size looks like. I was extremely disappointed and I will never order anything from Tiger Lilly Florist website again.

I was given an absolutely beautiful arrangement that was lush and in accordance with my husband’s specifications. He reports that the woman who took his order over the phone was extraordinarily helpful!

I called to order flowers for a birthday the man who answered the phone was in such a bad mood I didn’t hear what he said couple of times and I said excuse me? This person with no customer service ethic said the shi.... word I’m sorry but that was my las order from there

I had a last minutes request for my best friend wedding at the Cypress Inn. It supposed to be an intimate private dinner to celebrate her holy matrimony and city hall wedding for 20 people. And the day before, she texted and asked if she should have flowers for the event. It was a mission impossible project to find a flower for the next day on a Saturday in Carmel! Luckily Howard from tiger lilly florist managed to help me with the flower arrangements. He was so helpful. The flowers and beautiful and simple. Just like what I requested. Tiger lilly saved the day, yay!!

Ordered a deluxe fruit and cheese basket as a gift, paid $130 for it. What arrived was not worth $130, the only cheese in it was Laughing Cow and Monterey Jack, nothing fancy. Sent an email asking for some of the money back, no response. This is not worth what I paid
