A. Harris and Lam (?) were so professional and helpful to me. My husband and I walked in on my 50th bday with 10 min until closing and Miss Harris spent her time with me and showed me several purses which my husband proceeded to purchase. The security guard was also SO very nice and courteous to us. We had an amazing visit to that store. The customer service needs to be recognized for sure! We even received bottles of Perrier and cloth napkins. Not to mention Tiffany colored salt water taffy. I carried my purse in box and bag on the airplane home to Texas where the box and the bag got pretty beat up. When I called and spoke to Lam (unsure of spelling) and explained what had happened to the bag and box, I was sent a new box and bag!!! I am so happy and I do keep my boxes and bags with my high end purses so this meant the world to me! Thank you so much Tiffany & Co. in Carmel!! Yall are the best and we will always stop and shop in your store when vacationing. Our referrals to your store will be endless as well! Heartfelt thanks for sure.

Is all that sparkly for real or is it trick lighting? The bling on these things is unreal! Diamonds are not my thing at all but I like peeking in as more of an educational field trip. Love the Audrey!

I love Tiffany's and am usually blown away by their customer service! However while on vacation I visited this store ( November 8th at opening time) and experienced the worst customer experience ever. The sales associate was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was ready to purchase a new necklace, but the reception I received was so terrible I decided to buy at another location.

Hassan is an exceptional manager. He made our Tiffany’s experience so special. I would never buy diamonds from anywhere but Tiffany’s. Best cut! Best color! Best design! I love this store. I highly recommend him, Joanna, and Heidi.

My husband and I stopped in a few days ago looking for something specific for him. Suzy helped us and she was great! We had such a fun time with her. She found what we were looking for behind the counter (it isn't on the website) and we ended up getting some other things too. We were all laughing the whole time. She was also very professional and attentive. Super great experience!

If you have the money, and can find your way to carmel-by-the-sea, since they dont have addresses there, you will love this place. I got my wife the classic "return to tiffany" necklace. This place is top notch, and everything you would expect from tiffany&co. They experience was beyond 5 stars, quick, easy, and knowledgeable staff. They knew exactly what i wanted and had it there ready to go. If you're a big baller, stop in. You'll be amazed.

Melania, John, and Angie have made every shopping experience I’ve had at Tiffany’s absolutely wonderful and memorable! They have helped me and my husband pick out everything from engagement rings and wedding bands to gifts for my dearest friends. They have made me feel like a true part of a family. I cannot thank them enough for their expertise, but more than anything, I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and hospitality.

I had some silver Tiffany jewelry that needed to be cleaned. They cleaned it for me while I browsed around the store. There was no charge for the cleaning. The woman who helped me was very nice!!
