Stopped in to get some chicken feet for Sawyer and look around.. Pam came up to us and offered us some assistance. Since I was new to a lot of stuff they have in the freezer section etc she spent time explaining the different items also with recommending and educating us on what would be good for our son and maybe not. We ended up walking out with a few new items to try! Thank you Pam and hope too see you next time we're in!

Excellent selections (raw, slightly cooked, freeze dried, and dry) for the best food to feed your pets and keep them healthy. Very nice and helpful staff. This is the only place on the peninsula that I can get some of the foods I want to feed my dogs (can't even get from Chewy), and less expensive than buying from online raw food suppliers. Highly recommend.

The store is very clean & organize. They have a good variety of healthy pet food, treats & accessories. The staff are so helpful, and friendly. We’ve been going to this store for more than 2 years.

The entire staff are very welcoming. Any questions I had, Julia had an answer for and very very informative at that. My Bulldog pup enjoyed Julia's company as well as the rest of the staff. Thank you for making such a loving and great impression for us. We'll definitely be making more visits!

This place is taking a nosedive since it was bought out. The assistant manager Andrea has no idea what she's doing. She wasted a ton of my time on the phone trying to find a cat food I have special ordered before. Since speaking with her it was clear she was unfamiliar with the stock and with the computer system so I drove into the store and placed the special order with another employee who charged my credit card over $70 for the cat food. Unfortunately Andrea just called me this afternoon and told me that she could not do the special order. When I told her that I'd already paid for it and put in the special order she told me I had to have a credit card on file even though I had put mine in the machine and had a receipt for the charges! Absolutely doesn't make any sense she was very insistent that she was going to refund me and not put my special order through unless I gave a credit card for her to keep on file! I already explained to her that I spent a good 20 minutes in the store putting in the special order but she really didn't care about the time I had spent in the store and the fact that the special order was already in place. She actually seemed very confrontational and determined to sabotage my order! Why do people like this work with the public? in fact her only goal seemed to be to get my credit card number for her to keep on file indefinitely. A very strange way of doing business and not at all like this establishment used to be. I told her she had very poor customer service canceling out my credit card and my special order and requiring me to come in yet again and give the same credit card information only to put it on file which I'm not comfortable doing especially at this point. How I miss the old days when that store was privately owned and customer service was a consideration!!!

Today was my first time coming in, and I was amazed by the variety of products they offer. I was greeted by Mary-Ann. She showed me many different products and provided me with lots of information on all of them. She is very knowledgeable and gave me some great suggestions on how to improve my dogs' diet. She was very attentive and answered all of my questions. I later met Kim, who helped me pick out some supplements for my dog and also answered my many questions. Finally, at checkout, I met Kat, who signed me up for their rewards program. She showed me in detail how everything would work, which I really appreciated. I had a great experience shopping here, I will definitely be back!

I had no idea that this place really was a full fledged pet store (well dog and cat store). Great selection of food, toys, and accessories - and much easier parking vs downtown Carmel. They were also very helpful with the raw food - including giving me some samples to try!

Best store for pet food and other things. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. I can't afford to put my dog on full raw diet but they have some kibble that is much more healthier and tolerable than what they sell at the regular pet stores. I am here probably once a week.
