Once this store was remodeled I was hoping for a market that did not sell expired items. On many occasions I have used this market just hoping it would get better it's convenient with other places in same center I frequent. Today we bought kombucha ,fruit, veg, the bag of oranges had a rotten orange the bag of apples had been ripped open like someone helped themselves, and kombucha expired. Lucky please get it right, your not very consumer friendly when you have to throw food away

We started shopping at Lucky when Highway 1 was being repaired and as a result it was difficult to reach the Safeway store. We have found the Lucky store a better choice than Safeway and continue to shop their on a regular basis. It has gotten even better now that it has remolded. So much so we rarely shop at Safeway. And that is only to find items not available at Lucky, some frozen items. We especially enjoy the dedicated staff, especially the checkers, Hilda, Julie and Tracy. They are always very friendly and happy to see you. Also found their meat department is better than Safeway. I especially like the Lucky fresh soups and enjoy them for lunch. I would have given them 5 stars but their choice of soups in questionable, rarely have the soups I enjoy most and the deli is not as good as Safeway's deli...

Pharmacy staff are super accommodating. Took my GoodRx card and even provided prescription at a lower price than on the GoodRx web site.

The Pharmacy staff at Luckys goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done properly, when we are standing at the counter, they give us their attention and listen to every word no matter how busy they are. My 93 yr. old mother takes 18 different Rx medications which means the pharmacy staff has to be on top of matching insurances, refill dates, and new prescriptions. They carefully explain any new orders or new medications. All their efforts and coordination with the Drs. means we don't have to worry. Please let them all know how much their professionalism and compassionate attitude means to us. Shawna, Lani, and especially Robert. Thank you for treating my mother like you would your own. Brenda L

I love this store! The management is superb and the folks that work there are always friendly and helpful. The gals at the sandwich counter make the best sandwiches in town and always have fun suggestions. Dirk and Zeke, the managers, are always looking to bring in new items and the selection has greatly improved on organic and unique items. Julie and Hilda at the registers are so friendly. Carmen in the meat department is the best--she knows my son's name and always asks about him. It's awesome to shop at a store where you know the names of people who work there and of the other shoppers too. My favorite place to shop in the area by far...I'm there almost daily.

I love this grocery store. They have had a recent remodel and upgraded their deli and now offer a coffee bar. Cannot say enough about the staff. I especially love the welcome I get every time I visit. Zeke is the manager and very helpful. Tracy one of the cashiers could not be more sweet. There are too many employees to recognize. I shop here as much as possible because I love the excellent customer service. Also I think the coffee bar is the best!

Since the remodel, this store sucks. No customer service, just all about making money. No one knows how the self checkout works but they expect yoy to use it. I'm fed up, and not shopping here again.
