Checking out shops as I'm new to the area and Lloyd's has given me BY FAR the best experience. The selections are adorable and reasonably priced. I came in just to look around but ended up leaving with 5 pairs for my husband and I. I was helped my a pretty blonde lady I believe her name was Jennie. She was so kind as I was being a pain! LOL will definitely be returning!

Stuffy place. I felt watched the entire time I was there and the cashier (Alexis) kept looking at my credit card. Bizarre experience.

Their return policy is the worst. I bought some low-heeled pumps that felt ok enough in the store, but when I tried them on the next day, realized they were too high for comfort. I was staying in Carmel over the Thanksgiving weekend, and returned them the next day, was told they only do store credits, no refunds (the shoes were in perfect condition). The clerk pointed to a small sign on the counter stating their policy. I explained that the sales clerk who took my order took my card while I was sitting down and returned the shoes with the receipt with no explanation of their return policy. This is a ridiculous policy for a store in a tourist area. They do have a wide range of shoes, but I'll never shop there again.

I came in here with intention to just browse and I bought the best heels of my life. They offer some wonderful options and can fit every occasion. The staff was knowledgeable and welcoming. I will be back for my shoe needs even though it's a drive from where I live.

This is one of the few stores that carry Pons Quintana shoes that are made in Spain. They're a little pricey, but they're comfortable and I always receive many compliments on them.

Fell in love with this place--the shop carries umpteen types of super comfortable looking shoes, sneakers, etc. But this is not your basic comfort type shoe store. They have studs, sequins, rhinestones, color and then some. I mean. So damn dope. Hello! Love love love the stylish yet comfy sensibility here. Because it's Christmas season, they were slammed but still, damn, this works be my go to.

They have really nice quality of shoes and selection. I took the plunge and bought my first pair of French Sole flats. The sales people were really nice. The sales lady stretched my shoe and scotch guarded it for me. If you are in the market for unique shoes, come here. They have a selection that you can't find in a department store.

Unvaccinated sales people. While purchasing a pair of shoes, I learned the sales person who was helping me was not vaccinated. My friend and I are in our 70s and were quite shocked And would not have entered the store had we known. My friend was suppose to go back to buy another pair of shoes but will not. Business owners need to warn shoppers that their sales people are unvaccinated and could put them in danger.
