Wow, amazing gallery. Really beautiful photo collections with a lot of emphasis on popular culture such as Superman from Lynn Monroe, so that even younger people who less enjoy heavy museums of art, can enjoy a short stroll through the gallery. There are also slightly more classic images. The gallery has two floors and the entrance is from the street and free of charge. Anyone who walks around Carmel is worth going in.

What an amazing gallery with a lovely director Bonnie Nadel. A great variety of French art and artists are represented here.We liked many different pieces, but fell in love with a Cabot piece. The director Bonnie Nadel was gracious, personable, very knowledgeable, and passionate about art. My husband and I had a great conversation with her about the different artists and their respective artwork. She placed the Cabot piece we were interested in, under different types of lighting which brought out the different hues and intensity of the colors of the Cabot piece. We were entranced. We visit Carmel-By-Sea often and we will definitely be returning to this gallery. Highly recommend.

Beware of the caucasian gallery attendant here, extremely surly who sizes up the customers. Upon deciding not to buy, I left the store hearing racial and condescending remarks from this caucasian attendant. Never again!

Rob, the gallery director, was incredibly fun and pleasant to work with. He gave us a great tour of the gallery and knew a bunch about the artists. He gave us his full attention & was interested in our stories and interests, long before he knew were interested in buying a piece. Didn't pressure us at all & just wanted to make sure we left happy.

I am amazed by all the art galleries in Downtown Carmel. (In San Jose, we have very few of them scattered around the city.) I loved the vibe in Galerie Rue Toulouse and I loved the curated art that was on display. I just had a very casual look around, but even then there were a few pieces that really stuck with me. I hope these art pieces are purchased by someone who will appreciate them a lot because you can tell how much effort was put into every painting! Have a look around and take in this artistic talent!

Beautiful!I found few pieces I liked very much! Putting a couple on my list for my future house. Really loved the one with the ladies in the window nowadays… Prince was a bit for me… and almost all the art in there is beautiful! You feel like you want them all?
