Audrey and Fourtane are awesome!
I recently graduated college and wanted to commemorate with a new watch. I was set on Tudor and wanted to explore a few of their offerings in person but Fourtane, the nearest dealer, was a few hours away. Years ago I stepped into Fourtane just to look around and remember feeling rather intimidated so I was hesitant to return (though I never had a poor experience with any of their staff). I decided to first call a few dealers, with the intent of selecting the one with which I had the best experience over the phone.
Fortunately, when I called Fourtane, I spoke with Audrey. Right away, I could sense that she was genuine. She was knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions. Knowing that I would be driving a few hours, she sent me pictures of all the watches in advance, and held them for me until I arrived. The great experience continued once I got there, and I left happy, with a Black Bay 36 on my wrist.
Since then, I have visited a few other non-Tudor dealers but nothing has compared to Fourtane. I really look forward to returning to Audrey and Fourtane for future purchases. Thank you!

I just wanted to share my amazing experience with Milena toady. My family and I went into Fourtane Rolex store. We are on vacation from San Diego, looking for a piece to comemerat our 10 year anniversary. We were greeted by Milena, she was very friendly and polite. She immediately showed us what was available to purchase new that day, unfortunately my wife had a similar piece already. Then Milena proceeded to show us the certified pre owned section. Boy let me tell you ,it is simply amazing! So many beautiful watches all looked brand new and were freshly serviced from rolex. An absolutely amazing selection. Even though we didn't find anything I just wanted to share our experience with the public. We will definitely be coming back next year to say hello to Milena and look around! Excellent service and selection, the best I have ever seen.

Audrey @ Fortane watches is absolutely the best ! She is incredibly warm and welcoming and we were really impressed by her deep knowledge of the Rolex brand and watches. She worked with us to narrow down the choices and she worked her magic to make our Rolex dreams.come true. Fourtane and Audrey were such a great brand ambassador for Rolex - highly recommend!

Fourtané has always been an obligatory stop every time I visit Carmel. They have a wonderful collection of vintage watches, and an incredibly friendly staff, especially Audrey. She is always cordial, extremely helpful, and always goes out of her way to ensure that her clients are taken care off. I highly recommend this place!

My wife and I are local residents and we have been extremely fortunate to work with our sales associate Laís. The entire staff is incredibly respectful and knowledgeable, and Laís helped me acquire a Rolex Datejust I had my eye on for years. We appreciate the excellent service from Fourtané. I will never go anywhere else to get a Rolex timepiece. Easy 5 stars.

Despite the small size of this store, their level of customer service is way higher than in the other Rolex authorized dealer stores, which I visited in other cities: NY, SF, Las Vegas, Miami.
I think it’s because Josh, the store owner, who inherited this business from his father, loves what he does and does what he loves. Josh and his sales representative Brad spent a lot of time to assist me in making the choice that would be right for me. I highly recommend this store!

I’m pleased to say Fourtané checks all the boxes when it comes to customer service and I can’t help but be inspired every time I step foot in their boutique.. Audrey’s truly a blessing to work with and always goes above and beyond all expectations, the experience is second to none and I highly recommend Fourtané to every jewelry and timepiece enthusiast!!!

It's been quite a while since we visited this place back in 2019 when we bought a watch. The staff member who assisted us was incredibly friendly. Although I can't recall his name, I remember he was eagerly anticipating becoming a grandparent to twin grandbabies. His warmth and helpfulness made the shopping experience enjoyable. The store itself was well-kept and clean, which added to the positive atmosphere. We wish Fourteen continued success, as they truly excel in providing excellent service. Keep up the great work!

My fiancé and I had an outstanding experience with Milena here. He was searching for a special wedding gift for me, while I was seeking a very specific timepiece. Chatting with Milena during our visit was an absolute pleasure. Her impressive expertise in gemology, fine jewelry, and timepieces really stood out and made our experience even better. Her passion for what she does is evident. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she also delivers! Milena was able to provide us with the exact timepiece I was looking for. Despite living an hour and a half away, we would gladly return because of her exceptional customer service and expertise.

Respectful inquiries through 1stDibbs were ignored. While Fourtane may be a good Bricks & Mortars, I would be hesitant to purchase from them online. If they ignore inquiries before the purchase of a multi-thousand dollar item, I have no confidence that this company will respond well in the event something goes awry with the purchase.

Milena is amazing! I requested a very specific Rolex and she delivered. Milena exceeded all expectations.
