The most wonderful Jewelers. The store is beautiful to behold. Like heaven. Everything they have ever done for me has been perfect Recently had them repair a heirloom watch. They did the most amazing repair, on this very valuable piece. I trust them implicitly with allValuable jewelry. Love them, they very sweet as well! They also restring Pearls to their original perfection. So many treasures in the store. Please go look.

I've gone to this jeweler in the past to get my jewelry fixed. I recently went there with a silver bracelet with a script inside that needed a simple revision (bought at auction) to give as a gift and a small diamond band that needed re-sizing. What a waste of time. They called me back a few days later with an outrageous estimate for the bracelet and told me they needed to send my ring to some corporate fixer because the size of my finger is so small that diamonds might pop. OK, I understand why sizing might affect how diamonds are affixed to the gold, but I want "local" I can trust and don't want my jewelry sent elsewhere. I believe they only want shoppers to buy the beautiful jewelry they have on display. I'm looking for an 18k gold chain and always looking at rings for my husband to buy me; however, I also have valuable jewelry from my mother, who was European and bought in Spain and Italy. I want a real jeweler I can trust to buy from, make jewelry from the single earrings I have (having lost one of the pair), old gold that I don't wear, and fix jewelry I've inherited, has been gifted to me, or bought. They just need to say they don't fix jewelry, only sell. Looking for a real jeweler.

The absolute wackiest experience with this jeweler. There was a woman who befriended me, she seem to be very impressed with all my fancy connections and political connections and very highbrow life. She loved that I wore Hermes Lilly Pulitzer. Seemed very impressed, and needed some fast cash, she even asked could she clean my home for me. She described her husband as wealthy, but didn't quite know what he did, she didn't "need to know". She seem to be in possession of a lot of designer clothing and wanted to sell it to me, I don't need designer clothing I have a lot of designer clothing. So after cleaning my home washing my dishes, I noticed she was also very nervous, almost shaking, she said she had anxiety, OK that made sense. She said she needed to go to your jewelry store, she said she had an appointment with your jewelry store, but wanted to know if we could stop at the post office first. She showed me a Rolex watch and a wedding ring that she needed to pawn basically because of her cash flow issue. My question was "where was her husband?" She didn't answer. She also didn't have money to send a box at the post office to ask you to pay. Again I noticed how nervous this woman was, a new friend, didn't want to judge her, not assume she was using drugs. Then she told me the truth, her husband had left her, that's why she needed to sell the ring, and a very expensive Rolex watch. The problem was she said, the serial number had been filed off, I told her I didn't think you would take the watch. However, she spoke Polish I believe and somebody in your store did as well. However when we got in the store, there was somebody in the store who began shaking as well, they were very nervous as they wrote out a big check. The whole thing was so peculiar. I thought to myself "what is going on here?" I don't believe for a minute you and your business had any idea about the origins of the watch, how it was obtained, or even noticed the serial number was filed off. It was a quick transaction, you trusted her because she pulled the biggest con of all: , affinity. You were comfortable with her. When we got outside I asked her "why were you so nervous, what was that about?" Kid you not, whether she was telling the truth or not I'll never know, she told me what her husband actually did for a living, and it was pretty scary. How the Rolex was obtained was even scarier. I told her to never contact me again. You have a nice jewelry store. Giving me that kind of nonsense. And I definitely don't need anybody using me and my social capital as an accomplice to whatever shady deal she was pulling. I hope she didn't hurt you. " Bad associations spoil useful habits,"

We love this business. The owner is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. We found our engagement rings here and love them. Truly a great place to shop as they make you very comfortable and are very friendly.

Everyone is always welcomed with a genuine warm greeting when you enter this sparkling jewel box at the Carmel Crossroads. A very unique establishment for their principal rule of business is everyone will be able to purchase the exact peace desired at the price one wants to pay! It was said to us on our recent visit, by a most delightful longtime patron, "All the staff seems to come together and makes each purchase a memorable event!" We can now testify this is so very true. A Jewelry store that is also a "healing center", bringing joy and happiness even when you just drop by to say hi. European Jeweler and Goldsmith is definitely Carmel's finest!

Adriana, my cousin, has been great with all my jewelry needs, not just a great inventory but assisted with repairs, watch batteries, and appraisals. I love the jewelry, modern, classic, and wearable. Wish I could buy everything. All the women provide great service and the dogs......Terri P

I have been going to European Jewelers for over 15 years. The owner, Adriana, has helped me enhance my beautiful engagement ring (beautiful in itself and bought there), has helped repair old family pieces and sold my husband and me a number of new pieces. She stands behind her inventory and if there is a problem with it, she will work to make it perfect...perhaps even better than its original! Her inventory is eclectic. She has heirloom pieces as well as new pieces. Some beautiful fine gems, some fun and statement pieces. Her European connections allow her to showcase some interesting designers who might not be seen elsewhere. I highly recommend and trust European Jewelers!

Always little treasures here at any price point. Estate collection fabulous too. The owner is always warm and welcoming and it's easy to find something beautiful here whether costume, a high end piece, a gift, or something special for me. Their pricing is fair, service is great. They are trustworthy with great selection. They always offer to clean my stones too and it's just a great spot.

I am leaving this review because my fiancé and I had take my engagement ring in to get resized and it has now come to my knowledge that it is now "lost" . In my book it is now stolen from me. Yes another one is being made, however the sentimental value of the ring and the fact that is no longer an original custom ring is no longer worth the value.The cherry on top of this is that the employee who received the package had resigned in the same week and can not be gotten ahold of?!So either legal action needs to be taken to find this or we will not be paying the value of this.

My husband and I are first time customers to European Jewelers at the recommendation of a dear friend ... we were so impressed by the selection of pieces, outstanding service, and friendliness of the gals there (not to mention the adorable pups) ... it made shopping in the COVID world so special and fun ... we will will be back again ... highly recommend this place in Carmel Valley!
