We came here to handle some Christmas shopping. A staff member named Kyle helped us tremendously, giving us advice about our purchases and attending to our fitting needs well. We were extremely satisfied with our purchases and shopping experience (and the winter sale prices were also very good)

I came here with my aunt and cousin and the older red haired lady with the accent was amazing and very helpful and patient with the us. However, the 2 younger women that work there seemed pretty rude to her which made us uncomfortable but other than that they have a great selection of shoes and the old red haired lady with accent was great !

Nice store lovely shoes Beware if you order something in the store to be sent to you the return policy is very limited. You can return the item to the store but you can not return the item using a return docket on line. Returns can be mailed to the store to be processed but at your own expense. This is disappointing.

Cole Haan closed many locations all over California so its always nice to see actual store. We were surprised when we got a discount of shoes that my husband picked. Store doesnt have much inventory but they have all popular models. So we bought him oxford model of casual shoes with nice discount. We got very good service at this location.

I got so disappointed today. Cole Haan isn't the same as it used to be, we are locals and always enjoyed to shop there but not anymore. I don't know for how long the store will stay in business with a new management , the manager Barbara was unprofessional and rude. Not sure if she knows what the customer service is.. I was there today hoping to exchange the shoes that I got as a gift. Even after reading the reviews and calling CH customer service to make sure that the size was accurate , the shoes ended up small, I'm a 8.5 and I need a 9, the shoes run half size small! I explained all this to the manager and the answer was: "I can't do anything for you. It was a final sale and I won't exchange it. It's was it's . " I was like WOW. She was nervous and kept repeating herself over and over again. I'll never ever go back to that store and will never recommend it to my friends and family. I have spend a lot of money with CH and being as a loyal customer for many years I would appreciate a little accommodation. Just awful experience !S. Kim

I normally don’t correct other reviews, but Nike hasn’t owed Cole Hann since 2014. It was sold to a private equity group. Yes, the styles have changed, but how many people wear penny loafers & wingtips? I find the new styles exciting & fashion forward. A beautiful store with a kind and helpful staff. Worth visiting when in Carmel.
