We believe Carmel Rancho Cleaners is the best in the area. We have experienced excellent service & quality dry cleaning. Their alterations are terrific, as well! We just took 4 pair of pants for various alterations & they turned out perfectly!

I came here to get my wedding dress cleaned and was extremely disappointed and upset. My wedding dress which cost $3800 originally, shrunk and the lace was ruined. I paid $294.85 for my dress and my husband's tux to be dry cleaned professionally here after our wedding. When I came to pick up my dress, they tried to hand it to me packaged in a box. I requested to examine the dress, and they opened the box to discover that there was still dry grass, stickers & brown stains all along the bottom of the dress. I was then told that the dress is damaged and there's nothing that can be done. When I went home, I looked at it closer and found the dress shrunk, and the lace was ruined. I came back to the dry cleaner. They did not offer me a refund, instead they offered to try and press it again. I will never be returning to this cleaner again.

Carmel Rancho Cleaners has always been my go to place for any dry cleaning I need done. The customer service is always wonderful. Eunice and John have always been very kind and patient with listening to what I needed, and I get my clothes back in a timely manner. And all my clothes come back looking good as new!

John & Eunice when above & beyond our expectations and worked a miracle to clean my wedding dress at the last minute! They did not hesitate to take on such a tough task, and within a very short timeframe. My dress went through a storm, mud, rocks, sand the night before; they were able to clean it for guest photos within 1 day! If we would have given them more time, my dress would've been like brand new again. We highly recommend Carmel Rancho Cleaners! Best Service all around!

They do a good job of cleaning but very expensive and it takes them a week to return your laundry. Once I asked for a two day turnaround and it became tribal decision.Several people had to come to the front desk and stared me down which made it very uncomfortable.

Highway robbery prices!!! Went in to get sheets cleaned. Quoted me $19.95 per sheet??? Unbelievable pricing and when I complained they started arguing . I moved from SF a couple of months ago and never paid this ridiculous price there. Went to a cleaners around the road from here and charge was $8.25 per sheet. DONT GO HERE AND PAY THEIR OUTRAGOUS PRICES and they are pretty rude!!!!

So thankful I found Carmel Rancho Cleaners! A deep paper cut caused me to bleed all over the front of my new white blouse. I rushed it to Yunis who said she would do her best. A few days later, it was like new! Thank you!
