I need to return FedEx package, choose to go there, even review was not so stellar, because I want to go Carmel close by where I live & don't want to waiting.By my surprise he was very helpful & explain to me well, how to return FedEx packages( I didn't know you that, you need to bring original package with return item) anyway I was very impressed by whole thing, and thank you!!

Have gone to this shop a few times and unfortunately they never seem to be open at 9:30am which is what their hours are listed as . . . Frustrating to make the trip and then have to wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes until someone arrives to open up shop late.

Al and his wife ,run this small family business with personalized service and a tremendous amount of knowledge for anything relating to mail and shipping. They are extremely helpful, polite and patient even when dealing with woefully ignorant customers. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

The person working the desk said they can't scan your QR code to generate a fedex label or print a mailing label if you email it to them so don't plan to ship your fedex package from here.
