This place is a fraudulent business I lost 10$ in the washer I called the phone number for help or refund but all I got was a no longer existing number. Also this isn't the first time this happened.
What kind of Racket are the running here. The city needs to shut this place down.

Easy. Holiday laundry sorted.
Brought a $10 bill and got change. Tide detergent: $1.25. Wash: $4.5, 31min. Dry: $0.25/3min. - Did it all for $7.50!

Nice enough place - could use an update but it is reasonably clean and most of the machines are in operating order10 years later - the washers and dryers are largely all new and in excellent condition. The prices are reasonable. (Could use a coat of paint but that is not a big deal.) Raising to 5 stars.

Clean facility. Pricey laundry service, but what do you expect this side of town. $4.25 per load in a small washer.

Prices are misleading. $4.25 for light soil, $4.50 for medium soil and $4.75 for heavy soil. The dryer only gives you 3 mins per quarter. It was nice being the only one in there.

This is a good laundry facility. Lots of room. Lots of machines. I think this is the only laundromat in Carmel so I sincerely appreciate the ability to do my laundry. But like everything it's too expensive. I suggest visiting during the week. I can imagine Saturday being busy.

I marked this one down with hesitation. The parking lot is small, so you have to get there early in the morning. Also there was not an attendant available. I had attempted to buy laundry detergent but the coin machine did not provide me with detergent nor return my money. Having a attendant available is necessary in case you have questions or laundry machine eats your money. I should point out this is a clean place and the equipment works and there's plenty of room within this facility. The cost of using a Washing machine is five dollars. This cost is significantly higher than other laundromats located in Marina. nevertheless I do recommend this laundromat if you're in Carmel.

nice, clean, and quiet, a bit pricey but it is Carmel, well worth the extra quarter or two
