Was going to check out their perfume I saw displayed in the window and when I couldn't find it, nobody would help me. Then I stood outside near the curb for a minute or two, waiting for my friend who is a disabled vet. The tall, pale guy who may be an owner came out to the doorway, crossed his arms and stared me down for a good 30 seconds without saying a word. I guess POC and families of vets aren't welcome here. This whole town makes you feel unwelcome if you're not wearing Gucci or are clearly a movie star, but this place made it glaringly obvious.

I was traveling from Washington DC area to Carmel and was ill and needed flu medicines and cold remedies some candies to recover and when I walked into this store they couldn’t have been more helpful It was like walking into your favorite Neighborhood pharmacy I got some newspapers talked about the local sports Felt better already Great service and knowledgeable

What a neighborhood gem this is! The staff is super friendly, helpful, and well-informed. The product selection exceeded my expectations. I had a great experience shopping here and loved the local, small-town drug store feel! This place has clearly been a long-standing business for good reason.

Love this small Carmel drug store! I often find unusual things here like Uncle Harry's toothpaste and miracle mouthwash. Very friendly staff and fair prices. What a treasure!

I went shopping at the Carmel Drug Store for some hair products and souvenirs. I was greeted with a "Good Morning" which is always welcomed on first visits. The store has a lot of great general merchandise and a award winning Best Pharmacy. I highly recommend Carmel Drug Store to my family and friends. I rate "Five Stars" for location, fair prices, variety of personal care products and friendly customer service mostly.

We went there to find French perfumes, and we also found nice lipsticks, eye pencils, body creams, and the owner gifted us some sweet 4711 little sample size colognes, so that was a nice cherry ? on top. And the sales lady was very helpful and nice!!

Carmel Drug is a treasure on Ocean Avenue and has been an important part of Carmel for as long as I can remember. It's like stepping back into time with the unique products and decor. The staff is compassionate, helpful and knowledgeable. And they do home deliveries which was vital during the past two years of Covid. They practically saved my life many times, certainly my sanity !! Thank you Carmel Drugs for efficiently and extraordinarily serving Carmel and my family for many years. I'd trade calloused commercial drugstores any day of the week!

Dishonest and COVID test hoarding. I called for COVID test availability, they confirmed they had 5; 10 min later I showed up and they claimed they're out. Then I over heard the manager (a lady) tell the cashier to hide the tests. I walked back and pressed the cashier and he confirmed they have some but refused to sell them, claiming that they are for someone else. The manager is completely maskless and a liar. Be ware of this hoarding and blatant dishonesty and disrespect

Dirty, rude and over priced. Really Carmel, is this how you welcome visitors? I asked for assistance and the person behind the counter was dismissive. This town doesn't have nice people.
