Exceptionally slow service. One woman seems to watch everyone with her clipboard and then get on the phone. The poor cashier is heating food, making drinks, and taking orders

We went to Monterey last summer and Carmel Bay Company was a good store to view. Inside there were bars of soap, fashionable clothing and greeting cards with books. On the way out, I was surprised when I saw Two Bad Mice greeting cards written by Anita Jeram, illustrator of Sam McBratney's book, Guess How Much I Love You.
