Came into the store with my husband and baby to purchase sunglasses. The Asian female working did not want to help me. She was very rude, short, and was shaking her leg the entire time we talked like we were wasting her time. We left. I felt very uncomfortable. I felt she was judging us like we couldn’t afford to be in there. From the looks of the reviews, I’m not the only one who had this experience. I ended up purchasing online instead. I don’t know if I’ll ever consider going into another brick and mortar bottega veneta store after that experience.

We were going with the intention to purchase a bag and as we walked towards the store and waited at the entrance to be let in, the Asian staff member fully ignored us as we were waiting and rolled her eyes at us when we asked if the store was open. She was so rude and judgmental, making us feel very uncomfortable. She made the entire experience VERY unpleasant. I will not be coming back.

I initially came here to pick which bag I wanted because I wasn't sure. I loved the customer service by Minh!! She was patient with explaining each piece and gave honest opinions on them. We looked at a huge variety of bags! Even if I didn't purchase the bag this time around due to wanting to see another color she was still super sweet through text. If you're ever shopping here I'd highly recommend Minh!! Great experience getting to see the different varieties!

The male staff was nice but the female Asian staff seemed mean, sarcastic, and judgmental. The way she looked at me was like I cannot afford to buy it, making me uncomfortable. She also told me not to touch the purses, which I have never been informed at any other bv stores. I wish the manager could reconsider about the employment choices.

I haven't purchased anything from this store but the past two visits have been good experiences. First time, I went in to look for a bordeaux cassette bag but they did not have it in stock. The sales person was still very patient in bringing out different bags for me to try and let me know they could help to order for me and i will still have 7 days to return if it's ordered. The second time we visited to check out compact wallets but still couldn't find anything I liked. The sales person offered to clean my moms bottega wallet for free which was very nice. With all the luxury brands cutting down service, very glad to see a store that still offers service like that and a store with friendly staff. Recommend shopping at this store.

I went to the BV store in Valley Fair pretty indecisive and received excellent customer service from Ken. He helped me try on several styles and colors and was patient through the whole process. When the color I wanted came back in stock, he texted me right away to let me know. And when my family brought me back a BV bag from Europe and it was not the color I originally wanted, Ken was very accommodating in helping me exchange for the color I was looking for, which I never expected him to do! Best customer service I've received out of all the luxury brands.

Was visiting Carmel over the 4th of July weekend and as a huge Bottega fan, eager to stop by to grab a Jodi I saw in the window. There was a group of three people in the store browsing, and the security guard asked me to wait outside, one customer at a time due to short staff. My time was limited so I had to pivot and missed my window to buy. Super disappointing that they would not allow me in the store.

This brand discriminates based on citizenship / country of origin. They have a policy in Italy not to sell to Russian citizens.

Not much selection, the sales associate was not enthusiastic nor engaged. He was a heavier set gentleman who hung around the front and was more interested in his cellphone. I would rather make the drive to San Jose than shop here.

DON'T BUY HERE. ... MGMT WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARROGANT ATTITUDE It's really a shame because this location was better operated in the past with client care in mind. However, now under Ken's arrogant management style the level of service you can expect is dismal at best. With all products in this price range you would expect a little higher level of customer satisfaction and a product that isn't inferior in terms of materials and workmanship. They say perception is reality and for us the service received by Ken was unacceptable. The zipper and the lining of my Bottega wallet was falling apart, discolored, and the piping along the side was also not well made to withstand minimal use. I don't always use this wallet so I asked the store to simply send it back to get the warranty work performed. I understand every case is different and should be considered on an individual basis but after leaving it for two days 2 days I finally get a text response from Ken the manager that basically said come back and get your wallet because if you want me to anything it will cost about 400.00 to repair. Seriously?? As a manager he could have and should have done more. When I went to pick up the wallet I met Ken in person and he reminded me of Dagwood. This guy gave off an impression that he was FULL OF HIMSELF! His haircut was just like Dagwood but he was in dire need of a breath mint. Boy did he stink!! He exudes arrogance and cockiness and thinks because he operates/manages a little BV store he is King Ken! BV if you want to gain the clients in this area first remove or better train this cocky representative because clearly he doesn't represent the brand well. In this day and age with all the luxury brands making luxury goods you should stand out and try to achieve repeat customers and not just one and done! BV is not a terrible product but when you have terrible representation it definitely detracts from the overall buying experience. Avoid Ken like you would avoid Covid or Delta. If you buy from this store under his tutelage you won't get any good customer service. But another brand like LV, Prada, or Dior because Valley Fair has many options. I will escalate this to BV headquarters to let them see what a terrible representative they have at this location and even if nothing happens at all, at least it's documented so if others have the same unfortunate experience I encountered they will see that Ken is not representing the brand well.

I've shopped at this BV store a couple times, and Lisha was the person who helped me out. She is very professional and patient. She always helps me find out the stuff which fits me the best. Every time I had any questions about the material/style of a product or color options, she is always there answering questions and providing helpful suggestions. That's so awesome! Here is a pic of the cute chain pouch bag I got from BV. Definitely loving it!

I really enjoyed the shopping experience at BV valley fair, especially with Lisha. She is very patient and understanding. So I picked the bulb which I really like.
