Let me share with you my customer experience with the Bank of America located in Carmel by The Sea in California. I moved to the area four years ago and I naturally started using this location.But a few weeks ago I walked into this agency like I did multiple times before to withdraw some cash from my account. I ended up denied services by the clerk and the manager because they couldn't fully identify me. Ok... That day I didn't have my ATM card nor my cellphone with me when I walked into the bank.BUT I was able to provide:- My valid CA driving license with my current address on it.- My valid Permanent Green card.- My social security number.And yet, I had to face an HOSTILE and UNPROFESSIONAL team who clearly lied to my face in order to prevent me from accessing my own account.To add insult to injury I was threatened by the bank manager who gave me two options: Either I was going to leave the bank or he would call the police.I left the bank that day humiliated and disgusted by the treatment I have to deal with.At the end of the day my story is only the reflection of the ethical issues and lawsuits associated with the BofA’s Brand.

Limited experience working with this particular Bank of America location, but it seems like a fairly typical Bank of America location. If you bank with Bank of America, then no reason you should expect anything contrary at this particular location. Given the liw-key and limited shopping options around Carmel, this is a useful service to have.

B of A Crossroads, Carmel, CA offers the WORST service to its customers. Multiple times I've experienced staff members who push you to use their ATM . They dobt want yiu onside taking up their time.

This bank is way understaffed. I tried to call them but no answer for 1/2 hour. Drove into the bank and waited 1/2 hour in line. They bounced my checks even though they had a big deposit to cover but didn't know (or care) that the deposit was made. I am changing banks.
