We’ve recently furnished an entire 3 bedroom home mostly all with Arhaus furniture and the tremendous assistance of their entire Carmel, CA team…especially amazing was our experience with designer Mark Forer. We simply can’t say enough about how superb he is, from helping us design our look, listening closely to our needs, to patiently recommending other items when we ran up against back ordered items. He returned all of our calls promptly and also helped us tackle some delivery issues which turned out better than we ever expected. It was about a 3 month process, due to the nature of our large orders and creatively designing each room, which we could not have done without Mark. Thank you Mark and the entire Carmel team. We will definitely keep shopping at Arhaus Carmel for future needs and highly recommend them. The quality and uniqueness of each item is what sets them a part from the others.

This is a delightful store, with delightful people. Over the course of the last year, we have bought a lot of very nice furniture from them for a new house in CT, where we were starting from scratch. The quality of the things we have bought—couches, bed, dressers, dining table and chairs, etc.—has been uniformly excellent. Most recently, Alicia Aaron has been helping us. She is terrific. Good taste and excellent execution and customer service. The local delivery team at FGO, based in NJ, has also been great. Highly recommended.

If I could give this company no stars I would. My complaint isn't with the showrooms but with the post purchase costumer service and product quality. We chose Arhaus for their design aesthetic and also the fact that their products were made in America. We constructed a large outdoor covered patio and needed a sofa, four swivel club chairs, four bar stools, a dining table and 10 dining chairs. The Hampton table had strange bubbles on the top that when they popped they revealed the unfinished wood underneath, The concierge service was great about replacing it. The new table has a bubble on it already. The sofa collapsed in the middle and the Arhaus contractor found that none of the springs were attached. The cushions were smashed down. Arhaus replaced it. Then the fabric on the Devon chair slip covers became full of holes...it seems it really isn't an out door fabric. Naasira, the concierge manager, claimed it must have been an animal and wouldn't replace them. So I guess the animal hopped over the Serena and Lily side chairs and ate one end chair, then hopped over and ate the other? come on! Terrible... I bet they end up going out of business. BTW I've never written a review but they made me so mad.

We had a good experience buying our amazing handmade dining table from Arhaus, Carmel. Our sales associate Tessa was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We looked for weeks for good quality table. So many stores don't have nice quality furniture . Tessa helped email us a quote, and we ended up buying a hand made table from Italy. It was even on sale which was an amazing value for this excellent quality piece.We received it within 10 days with a white glove delivery. Friendly, reliable movers.All around satisfactory experience! Saw that they are opening a new store at Stanford shopping Center. Giving Pottery Barn some competition!

It would take too many characters to tell the story of this terrible experience with Arhaus. I will leave you with... stay away. The service is terrible. The sales person made many discount, schedule, and 'white glove' installation promises... not of which were kept once they got our up-front payment. They even LOST a custom rug after waiting for 8 months for its arrival. They are one of the few home stores in town, so choices are few... nevertheless, it is not worth being sucked in by this national retailer.

We love our console and coffee table. Everything was beyond expectations. We had Silvie as our sales person, and we are several hundred miles from this location. She took the time to send us numerous videos and pictures before we pulled the trigger.Coffee table had some damages which they immediately inspected on delivery and reordered it with delivery 2 weeks later.We will definitely work with Silvie again, she is a very professional sales person at this place. The other 2 locations closest to us could learn a thing or 2 from Silvie.

Run as far as you can from this place. Ordered a sectional from Arhaus. Waited 6 months for delivery. First Delivery attempt. They never showed at the scheduled time. Second delivery attempt "white glove delivery" tried delivering the sectional incomplete with the wrong parts so we refused the deliver. Third delivery attempt. Sectional showed up damaged. Decided that we didn't want to wait another 6 months for a replacement sofa, so we canceled the order. We are still dealing with them trying to get a delivery fee. Run, run as fast as you can from this company. Customer service is horrible. Wife has made probably a dozen phone calls to get this all straightened out. Still no luck. Reporting them to the BBB. May have to get lawyers involved to get this taken care of.This is my reply to Arhaus's reply.My wife has talked to multiple people through the company and has never been able to get this resolved. We have been told the problem has been taken care of multiples times. The last time my wife talked to Arhaus was on 1/16/22 and was told the delivery fee would be waived. They have now sent us to collations for $250 delivery fee for something we never received. We have now contacted the Better Business Bureau to get this resolved. Anyone looking at purchasing anything from Arhaus should check the complaints on the BBB website. This company's customer service is horrible.

If I could grant this store and whole experience less than one star I would. I bought the sofa in Aug of 2021. It is now 2023 and I am still waiting for the right cushions that fit. The store staff won’t help and the Arhaus concierge I paid extra for is rude and unhelpful as well.It is absolutely wild to me that almost two years later, I am still waiting for this sofa to be completed. The cushions are so mismatched that not only can you see the difference, you feel it when you sit down. All you feel is the frame of the sofa and barely any padding in between. It is absurd to charge the amount of money we paid, only to be shuffled around and told over and over again to provide more evidence of a discrepancy, since they can’t seem to find the photos in my file, even though I keep forwarding their own emails back to them to prove I have sent photos MULTIPLE times.The concierge staff hasn’t once apologized for the inconvenience that we can’t sit on half the sofa and I will continue to warn anyone who is curious never to purchase from this brand/store.

Purchased furniture from the Carmel Arhaus. The white glove service did not occur with my experience not only did they cancel the appointment when I traveled 7 house to accept the furniture when they delivered it two days later they damaged my venetian plaster walls, marble floating stairwell and some of the furniture, the truck leaked oil on my paver stone driveway, and it turned out that they are not employee's of Arhaus but are contracted, and it turns out that the delivery company does not have insurance to cover the damage. You might also want to Google/Yelp Ryder Last Mile and see their reviews. You might also want to review the Yelp reviews for Arhaus (2 stars) and compare my story with the stories of other customers. Now the really bad news, Arhaus agreed to give me a refund and were to pick up the furniture on a specific date so again I drove up to Carmel (7 hours) they were told they needed 3 men, and insurance listing me as a additional insured on the policy well they show up with two men, not able to provide me with the requested insurance and after looking at the furniture they said they would need to come back at a later date with a third man. On 3.29.22 I received a text from Ryder last Mile confirming my appointment for 3.30.2022 between 8:30-10:30 so I drove up again, no one showed up and when I sent an email they said they were sorry. over 60 hours of my time wasted, they still have my money even though I have been here every time they claim they are going to pick it up.Arhaus promises you the world but the bottom line is they just don't care, they have not refunded my money, I have showed up on several occasions on their promises to deliver or pick up the merchandise.NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS TIMEPROMISE TO GET BACK TO YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS AND NEVER DO

This is the place for quality, beautifully designed, American-made furniture featuring natural materials. Arhaus is a trending national brand that offers design services and window treatments, as well as general decor items. I was delighted to discover this store in Carmel Plaza and placed a large order for several rooms. Online one can find additional complementary items.

A little pricey but well worth it!! Nowadays, with furniture on back orders this company sends you furniture from the US! There was no back orders and with the White glove delivery our dining table was delivered and set up beautifully! Will order from this company for now on! Thank you for supporting a US company!
