YogaSix employs high quality instructors and has a large variety of class times and styles. Vinyasa, hot, power, sculpt, slow, restorative, yin... truly something for everyone. I've been a member here for years and highly recommend giving it a try.

Super frustrated with the management and customer service here. Trying to get in contact with anyone to make changes to your membership is near impossible. I reached out for weeks through calls, texts, and even stopping by the studio to let them know I had to cancel my membership because I am getting back surgery. Once they finally responded they sent a link that did not work. I let them know and had to wait another day for them to correct the link. In the meantime they charged me another $159 for an additional month while I will be laying in a hospital bed. They refuse to help in any way. I have been a member of multiple Yoga Six studios as I moved around SD county and I would not recommend this studio. Very disappointed.

Be wary, has a reputation of thefts. Wouldn’t be surprised if there was a ring preying on wealthy customers. Management practically allows it to happen.

I had attended yoga class here regularly for several months and had always felt comfortable and safe until my wallet was stolen. The front doors are locked once class starts and we are instructed to leave our personal items in the cubbies by the front door or the women’s locker room lockers. After class I went to get my wallet and it was gone. I notified the instructor who was unable to help, so he called the owner. The owner instructed me to call the sheriff and file a report and informed me that their cameras didn’t work. This had to of happened after the doors were locked and with the class being session, makes me believe it could have been an inside job. I felt helpless and violated in the yoga community that I’ve loved for 16 years. I felt as if the studio didn’t provide adequate security or piece of mind to their customers.Be vigilant and aware of your surroundings.

I can’t really even describe the disturbing experience I had at this place. The facilities seem nice at first and the instructors are kind, but the manager, Heather, is incredibly confrontational. She barely greeted me as a new student, then confronted me over letting my responsible ten year old play on his Switch just outside the studio during class. She told me, falsely, that Forum management will call the police if they see this (I checked and they said this was not true.) She was waiting for me after class and had me in tears. Also, on my first day in the studio, I was locked in after showering, with no way out with interrupting a class in session. Mistakes happen, but nobody apologized for making me late to my next appointment, just told me to leave through the emergency exits (clearly marked as such) next time. You might be ok here if you can fly under the radar. Otherwise, if you’re looking for peace rather than a headache, run.

Dirty walls in the hot room and stinky rental towels. Rude front desk staff. Locked me into yoga studio after my first class because they didn't check the shower before they locked up. OK, mistakes happen, but no apology or accountability.

Super clean studio! The teachers are great and the playlists are awesome! Love the energy and friendliness of everyone that works there. Go sweat at Y6, you won't regret it!

I'm so grateful for this yogasix. They're the only one in the area that offers a full on boot camp sculpt and flow class with no yoga. I like being able to separate yoga from HIIT. When I want to do yoga, I come to hot or power and when I want to workout vigorously with weights I come to their sculpt and flow boot camp. Heather is a great instructor (also dedicated manager of the studio) and I feel like I'm hanging out with friends whenever I go to her class. I love how welcome I feel when I'm there, like I'm not just another number or a yoga mat but part of a little community. Highly recommend!

Amazing studio! I personally love the forum location the best because it feels more unique- like a yoga studio should! Everyone is so kind here, too!

GREAT studio, Amanda and Lacey are fantastic instructors! A nice big lobby with plenty of Beyond Yoga goodies to choose from, and I love that this location has showers :)

I just moved over to Yoga Six at the Forum in Carlbad after having a horrible experience at Bressi Ranch...After my first few classes at Yoga Six at the Forum, I realized everything I had been missing at Bressi. The Forum offers many classes, both heated and non-heated. The manager and front desk people are welcoming and professional. The facility has a bathroom/locker room with plenty of stalls and beautiful showers with bath products. The yoga instructors are spiritual and start the classes with readings or discussions of intentions. Just what is needed to help all of us in our daily challenges. The classes are challenging and instructors are helpful with adjustments and suggestions to help improve ones practice. I am so glad that I made the switch to Yoga Six at the Forum!

I wanted to get my sister a gift certificate for her birthday in 2 days. I left 2 messages yesterday, and drove 25 miles to get details on prices for classes. Was promised a call at 3:30pm. Not one call back. No details on website for different costs and packages. Disappointed. Will be going elsewhere for her gift. Too bad. I thought they'd be more responsive.
