Ramy really helped me out i love how my sweater came out!! He saved my design for me so i can come make more and was able to make it clearer than the image I provided I appreciate the great customer service will definitely come back !! 💯

I took a $300 jacket in to be embroidered and when I got it back, they messed up on the stitching which created 2 holes in the jacket. I spoke to Ramy and he said it was at my own risk. So I paid $300 plus another $375 for embroidery with a brand new jacket that now has 2 holes. He was not willing to do anything. Horrible work and customer service. Super expensive too!

The owner here is great! Don't listen to anyone who has put a less than 5 star rating.. they had to have brought it on themselves bcuz the service here is amazing. Great quality.. he's been around forever 4 a reason!

A++ work. Great work here, employee helped create the perfect design for my daughter’s birthday shirt and was done within 5 minutes. Very nice gentleman with great ideas.

If you’re thinking about coming here for embroidery, DO IT! He did such an incredible job with embroidering the sleeves of my bridesmaid + bridal pajamas. A+ work and he really works with you to give you the best quality. So happy I found this gem!
