Wow what can I say I walked in thinking maybe I couldn’t get a deal to walking out with a 2024 chevy trax. My rep Naethan was excellent as well. Everyone in the facility was also respectful and helping to any of my needs. This is a great dealership I would 100% suggest to get a car here.They will take great care of you.

Parking for parts and service is crap. Also, the service guy kind of sucks, as he said that my warranty would not cover my issue. I called the warrenty people myself and got them to cover my mechanical issue. Later, he was like trying to take credit for fighting for me with the warranty people. Garbage. I got a 750 bill reduced to 50 bucks. You have to fight for yourself, people!

I had the most fabulous experience today with Premier motors. I took in my Chevy Volt and from the first phone call and interaction with the service department Don Olsen. I knew things were gonna be fabulous. ! DON took care of me all of my concerns and made me feel very special. The service department did a great job on taking care of my 2013 Chevy volt. It was one of the best experiences ever of customer service, integrity, and great repairs thank you premier Chevy!

This is the best customer service I’ve ever received from a repair shop! The communication was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. I scheduled an appointment with Adriana Blas to get four new tires, and she examined my entire vehicle, not just the problem I mentioned. I received my car back quickly and was excited to drive it in great shape. I will definitely return and recommend Adriana to my friends and family.

We took a car in for airbag replacement on a recall notice. Set up an appointment. Upon arrival stood around waiting for help. Finally had to go inside to ask. Not super impressed with their customer service. They completed the job in about 3 hours & sent a text to let us know the car was ready to be picked up. Overall just meh service. No one really went out of their way or even seemed remotely helpful. Also even though I filled out information online with my name, they proceeded to refer to me by another name. Just my own pet peeve but one that is definitely deficient in the customer service arena.
