Fernando went up and beyond what was expected and for that I'm deeply thankful. He's apitamy of what a service advisor should be to his customers. He really does care for the customers he serves and proves it by his actions.Thank you my friend. Premier is fortunate to have you as their service advisor

Wondered what would happen when Weseloh became Premier. Weseloh had always been great to work with for my 3 Volts. After 2 services now with Premier - one for routine maintenace and another most recently for warranty work on my 2019 Volt, the experience was great. The service writer, Tony, worked directly with the mechanic and knew progress in real time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Overall, a very positive experience. Name has changed, but not the service.

Drove an hour to check out a truck they have had listed on their website and autotrader for the past couple months. Upon arriving, and checking out the lot, it was not there. After tracking down the sales staff, they informed me that it hasn't arrived yet. It's been listed for over 2 months as a vehicle at there dealership. Update your website with accurate information!! Terrible

Incompetent Service Department , I took My truck for rear brake job and oil change. I was charged over $ 400 for rear brake job that does not include new drums, 5k later went back for oil change and the adviser recommended to replace the rear brakes again. This is about less than 5k later at the same dealer that did the job. The service manager claimed the rear brake adjuster has failed and base on inspection by other Chevy dealers what she claimed is completely false and they did not want to take responsibility for adjusting the brake incorrectly. The service manager is incompetent. She did offer to charge me $800 to replace the adjuster and keep the current pads that is already worn due to faulty installation. After calling a Chevy dealer in San Diego they will do a complete brake job for $285.0. Avoid the Service Department at all costs if you don't want to be out a few bucks and loose time due to unprofessional touching your vehicle and causing safety issue for your vehicles that can cause harm to you and your passengers.

I'm shocked that a business today can still get away with the type of shady tactics this dealer utilizes. Worse than bad faith and poor customer service, this dealer borders on fraud. I would suggest you save yourself a lot of time and money by shopping online for your vehicle. After 4 previous new Chevy purchases, I'll no longer support the brand entirely after my experience here. I was thoroughly disappointed before I had to go though a time consuming and unnecessary exercise to get my "refundable deposit" back after the sales person and manager decided that they would stop communicating with me. Nevertheless, adding in between $2000 and $9000 for fees that should have been omitted per previous agreements, then trying to conceal them by focusing on the monthly payment is cryptic and and insult to anyones intelligence. Go elsewhere for a Chevy or Kia!

My first visit to Premier Chevrolet was today, 10/28/2022. I use to go to Weslowe Chevrolet a few years back. I'm glad I didn't read the reviews for Premier Chevrolet before booking an appointment in the service department. I would have been discouraged and likely gone to a different dealership. I really can't believe all the single star reviews! If I were the manager I would diligently be doing things to correct this. But to my review.... I went on line yesterday to schedule an appointment in the service department. Michelle popped up in box to the right and said she was there to help me! I answered all Michelle's questions and messed with her for 10 minutes or more before she told me I needed to contact the service department if I wanted a confirmation for the appointment. What! I picked up the phone an attempted to reach the service department 2 or 3 times before actually talking to anyone. By the time Regional picked up my call I wasn't a very happy camper and I asked him, "What's the problem down there?" He was very nice and said, "There was just a little mix up, how can I help you." I told him of my wasted efforts trying to book an appointment in the service department. He said, "Oh I can take care of you. When do you want to come in." I told him tomorrow at 11:00 am. He said, "Fine, ask for Regional." I arrived at 10:59. He met me at the service bay and was so patient, respectful, and took such good care of my car and my service needs. I'm old and not too spry any longer. I truly appreciate when others understand an give me time to do what I need to. I would give Regional an A+ and if I were the manager at Premier Chevrolet I would give him a bonus of some kind! This is the kind of employees you need to get rid of those single star reviews you have so many of. Need to live up to the name you chose! No, don't know Regional! Our first time to meet was this morning. Believe me will remember his kindness and great job getting my car serviced. Thank you, Reginald. Many blessings to you.

Went to this dealership they wanted to add several thousands of dollars onto a used vehicle. Adding false items that were on on the vehicle to chance price over 10k. They told me that's just the way it is now in this car market. FJB this dealership.

Don't deal with them if you want a reasonably priced vehicle. I decided to custom built a car on the Chevrolet website. Once finished, Chevy tells you to reach out to a local dealer to order it for you. I figured I'd give Premier Chevrolet a try. Needless to say, they want to charge an additional $20,000 marker adjustment. Hard pass on that.

Appointment to meet to discuss a possible sale. At dealer two hours before meeting, and after hours of negotiations the deal feel through due to pressure sales, unreasonable prices, shady tactics, and dishonesty. Just didn't feel right. Very unprofessional.

I wanted to share an experience I had today with this dealership and their sales man Felipe Bohnenberger. I reached out because I wanted to purchase a vehicle so he was able to provide information and even had me apply for the car in order to reserve the car. He also was nice enough to send a video of the car since I live in Palm Springs and was driving up today to purchase the car. Upon arrival, he failed to greet me dispute knowing I was waiting for him in the showroom and sent a text to tell me that he had sold the car that afternoon, knowing I was driving from Palm Springs. He failed to tell me and I believe he mislead me and did not have to respect to tell me in person. This is a great example of why consumers have a guard up when dealing with car sales people. It doesn't take much to greet someone who drive 2 1/2 hours to tell them he sold the car he had promised me.

Started off getting a quote from Jaryd. I was a bit impatient with having to wait for parts and then down time for the actual work to be done. I doubt that I would have been able to get it done any faster anywhere else. When I picked up my car, the job was done 100% to my satisfaction They did wash my car thoroughly inside and out. Very professional. Communication was prompt if and when I has a question. I ould recommend. Thats Jaryd!!

Sales experience was average with slick finance tricks even though I had good credit. Worse part has been the repair that was written into the contract. Their collision center is the WRECK! They overpromised and couldn't deliver on time or with the agreed repairs done satisfactorily. On top of that the car was damaged further while there. Having to get an attorney involved to either get compensated or go to court.

This might be the worst dealership in America.... That may sound dramatic, but it's the truth. Pathetic communication, salespeople that know nothing about their product, along with massive dealer markups ($3,500) for nothing of real value, then they stick it to you with a $7,500 market adjustment. That's $11,000 of forced markups on a depreciable asset... The hubris of these owners to think, and act like you're the only Chevy dealer in town, while preying on the less scrupulous. . This place is just 4 miles from my home, but we found several dealerships within 30 miles that aren't scamming their customers. Read the reviews...believe them, and stay away from these hucksters

NOTE TO READERS: There are a mix of 5 Star Reviews and 1 Star Reviews on Yelp. What's interesting to me is that there are no 2, 3 or 4 Star Reviews. Just 5's and 1's. If the 1 Star Reviews are accurate, I hope that the owner circles back to these writers and tries to make it right with them. My experience was and should be the norm for you. I do not work for Premier Chevrolet, and until 07/04/2022, I did not have any connection with them. I'm a local Oceanside guy since 1960, and wondered what became of Weseloh Chevrolet. Below is my 5 Star Review as a very pleased new car buyer: I was test driving SUV's and started taking a closer look at the 2022 Chevy Tahoe. I went to the Premier Carlsbad Chevrolet website and began an email conversation with Maria, their Internet Sales Manager. Maria invited me to stop by, and so I made plans to do just that. Here's the deal: I didn't want to walk into the dealership and feel like I was being pressured, so I parked on the street and walked onto the lot, but stayed in-between the vehicles and out of site and made my way over to the Tahoe's. I had time alone to examine the Tahoe, and when I was ready, I saw Maria walking through the lot. We made eye contact and waved to each other, and she walked up and introduced herself. I test drove the Tahoe, and Maria took time to teach me about this vehicle. I was ready to make the purchase, when I saw a 2022 Chevy Traverse-- I loved the "lines" of this SUV, and I asked Maria if we could test drive it. She said "Absolutely" and went and got the keys. She was just as energized as she was on the Tahoe test drive--and again took her time to educate me about the Traverse. We parked the Tahoe and Traverse next to each other so that I could see both of them, and it allowed me to sit back inside each of them so that I could choose the vehicle that "felt right." The winner was the 2022 Traverse. This was the first new car that I have purchased since my 1998 Toyota 4Runner, and I love all of the upgrades that are now available in 2022 vehicles. I am extremely happy with my choice in the 2022 Chevy Traverse, and also, extremely happy with the way Maria treated me throughout the entire process. I was amazed at her knowledge of each vehicle, she treated me with admiration and respect, and what I liked the most was her laid-back and fun personality. We spent much of the time during test drives laughing as she taught me how to use the back up camera, how the on-board radar and sensors work, and we laughed when a Tesla came close to testing the on-board radar collision alarm. The price was fair and I am happy with the price we agreed on. Maria made the purchase of my brand new 2022 with 11 miles Chevy Traverse a wonderful and memorable adventure for me. If I ever am in need of another vehicle, I would most definitely contact Maria and Premier Carlsbad Chevrolet.

As a business owner I hate to give negative reviews but after waiting multiple weeks and nothing getting done besides revenue being lost I have no choice. I recently purchased 2 suburbans for my fleet from this dealer and both of them are Lemon vehicles. My 2017 suburban after driving for 2 days from the lot the transmission goes out and the ac isn't even cold, and my 2015 suburban panel flys off the freeway, and the seat panel also breaks off and a check engine light comes on. I called the manager multiple times and nothing has been done, I also noticed that they did my registration incorrectly therefore I can't even get the permits I need to operate legally, Therefore the car useless for my business. On top of everything the car been ready after weeks of waiting and no one has notified me and the rental car company is trying to charge me since no one notified me that my car was ready. If my issues aren't addressed I will purse a case with my lemon law attorney.
