We searched multiple Chevy dealerships for the best deal on our new car. Fortunately for us when we spoke with Wendy at the Chevy dealership in Carlsbad she impressed us with her knowledge of the car we were interested in and we felt comfortable moving forward with her. Wendy helped us on the phone that afternoon and the following day she helped us secure the deal we were comfortable with. Her knowledge of all the options on the car and the ways we could save money, such as our Costco membership, helped us make the deal. We highly recommend Wendy, she knows what she's talking about.

Well, they still get one star because I cannot give negative stars. We originally wrote this because they would not provide us with a copy of the "add ons sticker" we wanted it for our records. Then the internet sales person, Maria Cardenas is rude and hung up on my husband, then the managers act like they care but never replied the email they requested from us. After several weeks they contacted my husband telling him they had some of the add ons and agreed to send them by mail. That was almost a month ago and still nothing. Maybe small claims court will be the next step.

Do not get service here! Brought my Chevy Tahoe to Premier as I bought the SUV(and 3 other cars) new there. Had brakes replaced and Rotors machined here 1 yr ago. This week my brakes went out with kids in the car, called the dealership was told that they are covered under warranty for 2yrs/24,000mil (neither of which has been met). Service advisor said must be a rock or something our brakes last 4-5 yrs depending on use. Called me later to say brakes are rotors are gone and they would pay for brakes but not rotors. Umm no. Not how that works. Asked to speak to a manager and left multiple msgs all week, no one has responded. Finally got a text saying they are not budging, will not stand behind their rotors. Consider that if your a single mom needing vehicle service here. The same vehicle service you already paid $800 for a year ago.

Two words: Felipe Bohnenberger. This guy is amazing. I reached out to Premier Chevrolet of Carlsbad, blindly, due to a vehicle in their inventory. This experience, just after the worst dealer experience of my life with Connell Chevrolet in Costa Mesa, was the polar opposite. Felipe is not a car salesman. He's a realist. He has no interest in"selling you". His only interest is to make you aware of all the details so you can make an informed decision. He facilitates the sale but you never feel he's "on their side", rather, that he's on yours. I'll recommend him to everyone. Go to this dealer. Drive out of your city/state if you have to, I did, and I'm better for it.

My wife and I went to Premier Chevrolet in Carlsbad to look at a used 2022 Camaro. I'd seen the vehicle online and Felipe reached out to us to answer our questions and setup an appointment for a test drive. When we got to the dealer Felipe already had the car pulled out and met us at the door. We went on a good test drive and he was able to point out all the unique features on the car as well as tell us a little about its history (it was originally sold and serviced by them). The sales manager Ramzy was also extremely helpful. At the end of the day we couldn't quite come to agreement on price although I felt their offer was fair - both for the Camaro and on our trade. My wife also fell in love with a 2024 Mustang we drove prior to going back to check out the Camaro for a second time. If you'd in the market for a new or used vehicle I'd highly recommend giving Felipe and Ramzy at Premier Chevrolet a chance. They were very transparent, fair, and professional. Both my wife and I appreciated working with them.

Fernando went up and beyond what was expected and for that I'm deeply thankful. He's apitamy of what a service advisor should be to his customers. He really does care for the customers he serves and proves it by his actions.Thank you my friend. Premier is fortunate to have you as their service advisor

Great team! This is our 2nd purchase. Went smooth, everyone is nice, and they don't try and upsell or push you into a sale. Thanks again, guys!!

I bought a truck here over a year ago and last month it gave me a problem. It wasn't a huge problem, but a problem nonetheless. It was a brand new truck when we bought it so I brought it here after getting told it wasn't a cheap fix after a third party visually inspected it LOL. The gentleman at the front of service desk (unfortunately I cannot remember his name at this time) was super kind. He took the truck in without an appointment and he said they'd work on it that same day. He offered a complimentary Uber and promised a courtesy vehicle in case my truck was not done that day since I live in the city. They worked quick on it. Thankfully, it was just the battery which was covered under warranty. The gentleman also sent another Uber to pick me up from work even though he was supposed to leave; he left everything set up in case I had problems. I was impressed and very happy with the service, especially because I know of friends who have bought from other dealerships and go through a headache. I am very happy with the customer service and accommodations made here. Thank you!

BUYER BEWARE... if you're in the market for a Chevy do not purchase from Premier Chevrolet of Carlsbad! I recently purchased a vehicle from Felipe @premierchevroletofcarlsbad The vehicle listed that it had a premier protection package @ $3,495 which I DID NOT want, however, I was told by Felipe that those items are non negotiable but since it was 4th of July weekend we could negotiate an amount off the base price of the vehicle. We went back and forth and agreed upon a whopping $2k off the base price. It was a few days later i discovered that instead of giving me a $2k discount, they removed items from the BS Premier Protection Package that I was told was NON NEGOTIABLE. Premier Chevrolet of Carlsbad misrepresented the vehicle as having door edge guards on it when in fact it did not. Again I never wanted this crap. During my last email explaining the situation to the Sales Manager Eddie, he informed me that it was never discussed how they would get to the final number. Basically he admitted that they practice scandalous/fraudulent sales tactics and misrepresent the vehicles on their lot by saying they have Dealer Installed Add Ons when in fact they do not. In my book, this is called stealing. The Salesman Felipe and the Finance Manager Danny, both said they had nothing to do with how the numbers were put together. They both pointed the finger at the other person. Felipe also made me sign the Dealer Addendum Sticker as acceptance of those items. Felipe, Danny, Ramzy and Eddie have all lied over a BS amount of $1,205. That's all I was asking to be refunded for the items I DID NOT receive on a pretty expensive vehicle. Crazy how deceptive these guys will be to put a few extra bucks in their pockets! This is not about the money, it's about principle. I can only imagine how many other people they have screwed. #premierchevroletofcarlsbad #Chevrolet #PremierChevrolet

Wondered what would happen when Weseloh became Premier. Weseloh had always been great to work with for my 3 Volts. After 2 services now with Premier - one for routine maintenace and another most recently for warranty work on my 2019 Volt, the experience was great. The service writer, Tony, worked directly with the mechanic and knew progress in real time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Overall, a very positive experience. Name has changed, but not the service.

Drove an hour to check out a truck they have had listed on their website and autotrader for the past couple months. Upon arriving, and checking out the lot, it was not there. After tracking down the sales staff, they informed me that it hasn't arrived yet. It's been listed for over 2 months as a vehicle at there dealership. Update your website with accurate information!! Terrible

Incompetent Service Department , I took My truck for rear brake job and oil change. I was charged over $ 400 for rear brake job that does not include new drums, 5k later went back for oil change and the adviser recommended to replace the rear brakes again. This is about less than 5k later at the same dealer that did the job. The service manager claimed the rear brake adjuster has failed and base on inspection by other Chevy dealers what she claimed is completely false and they did not want to take responsibility for adjusting the brake incorrectly. The service manager is incompetent. She did offer to charge me $800 to replace the adjuster and keep the current pads that is already worn due to faulty installation. After calling a Chevy dealer in San Diego they will do a complete brake job for $285.0. Avoid the Service Department at all costs if you don't want to be out a few bucks and loose time due to unprofessional touching your vehicle and causing safety issue for your vehicles that can cause harm to you and your passengers.

I'm shocked that a business today can still get away with the type of shady tactics this dealer utilizes. Worse than bad faith and poor customer service, this dealer borders on fraud. I would suggest you save yourself a lot of time and money by shopping online for your vehicle. After 4 previous new Chevy purchases, I'll no longer support the brand entirely after my experience here. I was thoroughly disappointed before I had to go though a time consuming and unnecessary exercise to get my "refundable deposit" back after the sales person and manager decided that they would stop communicating with me. Nevertheless, adding in between $2000 and $9000 for fees that should have been omitted per previous agreements, then trying to conceal them by focusing on the monthly payment is cryptic and and insult to anyones intelligence. Go elsewhere for a Chevy or Kia!

My first visit to Premier Chevrolet was today, 10/28/2022. I use to go to Weslowe Chevrolet a few years back. I'm glad I didn't read the reviews for Premier Chevrolet before booking an appointment in the service department. I would have been discouraged and likely gone to a different dealership. I really can't believe all the single star reviews! If I were the manager I would diligently be doing things to correct this. But to my review.... I went on line yesterday to schedule an appointment in the service department. Michelle popped up in box to the right and said she was there to help me! I answered all Michelle's questions and messed with her for 10 minutes or more before she told me I needed to contact the service department if I wanted a confirmation for the appointment. What! I picked up the phone an attempted to reach the service department 2 or 3 times before actually talking to anyone. By the time Regional picked up my call I wasn't a very happy camper and I asked him, "What's the problem down there?" He was very nice and said, "There was just a little mix up, how can I help you." I told him of my wasted efforts trying to book an appointment in the service department. He said, "Oh I can take care of you. When do you want to come in." I told him tomorrow at 11:00 am. He said, "Fine, ask for Regional." I arrived at 10:59. He met me at the service bay and was so patient, respectful, and took such good care of my car and my service needs. I'm old and not too spry any longer. I truly appreciate when others understand an give me time to do what I need to. I would give Regional an A+ and if I were the manager at Premier Chevrolet I would give him a bonus of some kind! This is the kind of employees you need to get rid of those single star reviews you have so many of. Need to live up to the name you chose! No, don't know Regional! Our first time to meet was this morning. Believe me will remember his kindness and great job getting my car serviced. Thank you, Reginald. Many blessings to you.

Went to this dealership they wanted to add several thousands of dollars onto a used vehicle. Adding false items that were on on the vehicle to chance price over 10k. They told me that's just the way it is now in this car market. FJB this dealership.
