Very bad experience! They could not find Online appointment with banker, I complained about unreasonable fee charged, that complaint was no record in their system, they just don’t care about customers!

Horrible customer service. Make it almost impossible to do business with. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for 25 years. If it wasn’t such a pain to switch banks, I would do it immediately.

I've gone to this branch a lot but they have been closed lately which has been frustrating. It is due to short staffing which I kind of get, but it shouldn't come to this. Wells Fargo is a huge bank and it shouldn't have any problem hiring people. Just my $.02.
