The worst wellsf Ive ever been. Andrew doesn’t wanna to close my account by 340 because the “other customer “ was coming by 4pm. I went to my appt by 3pm but I forgot my previous DL with my maiden name , so I went home to pick this up and when I got it he said that LOL. Thanks for nothing

First, don't expect them to answer the phone. Ever. Tried calling for several days before coming in. The branch manager Mario acknowledged this stating that the branch was just too busy while gesturing to the 6-7 customers in line. Okay. Made an appointment to return to close my son's account and we're paired with... Mario. Mario proceeded to ask us several odd and invasive questions about my husband's career. It was probably one of the most bizarre and unprofessional exchanges I've had. Both my son and I were uncomfortable. He would ask the same questions repeatedly, even after we'd already asked them. He'd ask for my date of birth with my ID in front of him on my desk. I'm not sure if he was suspicious of us and profiling us or if he was a very, very poor listener but it was extremely odd. I also noted the phone rang incessantly while we sat with him. He didn't bat an eye. Ultimately he was not able to help us with one of the accounts. For the other, he sent us to the regular banking line and told us they'd close the account and let us withdraw my son's balance. This was not the case. You actually have to call in to close the account, which he could have done at his desk but chose not to. Another nice touch oils have been a warm hand off to the banker, letting her know what the plan was. Yes, he had time. So we started again with a very lovely banker. Unfortunately, though, I would not return to this branch based on my interaction with Mario.

The personal banker Kaitlyn and the lady with short blondish gray hair are 2 of the most efficient, kind, caring, and professional women we have ever met in any bank! these 2 professionals are on top of it, day in & day out!! We have been banking here since 2015 & have had these two ladies solve problem after problem with ease! Please give these 2 ladies a serious pay rate increase!! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Terrible service everytime at this branch- always takes way too long to deposit anything even when there’s absolutely no line. They denied depositing a check I brought in that another branch accepted willingly (and rightfully)- absolutely ridiculous- go to the one in Oceanside instead.

I am so sad for these new people coming in. They have been through Hell. It's beyond words. When you can feel people's pain and tiredness and you try so hard to love them the best you know how and you think of so many ways to pump them up but they are so scared with fear anxiety and sadness. I went inside the bank with no one else but three women at the desk. For some reason they gave me a hard time and said I had to book an appointment. I was the the only for the “10 minute talking”, and they could’ve helped me.

I stopped by at this bank after work not feeling too well. Lynn asked me how I was doing and I told her I was sick. After she gave me my cash she said "Thank you for stopping by...and spreading your germs". Wow!

Avoid Wells Fargo .. Staff that likes to laugh and giggle in your face when your wondering where all of your money went. They like to charge hidden fees for no reason, and mock you when you show some concern. No wonder they have been sued time and time again. Don't bank here.
