They don't answer the phone. It's ridiculous!I have seen them standing around not doing much and let me wait at the counter. They are courteous when they talk you, if they would get on the phone or come to the counter. To make matter worse, if they put you on hold on the phone, after waiting so long, the system would cut you off.

Parents of nervous kids should run, not walk, their kids to James the Pharmacist for all their shots. When you get a shot from James, you will need video evidence because James' technique is so flawless, you won't believe you were ever poked with a needle. He is so skilled, your kids will probably ask for another shot. James is the best thing to happen to vaccines since Louis Pasteur and Jonas Salk. (And I am not a paid reviewer.)

I'm literally trying to pick up my prescriptions at least 10 separate times and they've never had my prescription ready even though I get a text but it's ready or even though my doctor tells me that it's ready I've only ever had issues with this pharmacy. They are literally the worst if you need your medication's do not go here. I am going to figure out how I can get this rectified, but I tried to pick up my migraine medication several times and they did not have it. They said it was back ordered even though they said it was ready.

I am not being facetious when I recommend you go literally anywhere else. Every single time I use this pharmacy there are grievances , as with the people in line with me. I am a nice and patient person who has been using this pharmacy for years, always giving the employees the benefit of the doubt because I know it’s hard working with frustrated people.. but enough is enough and I will be switching. I could get specific with my experiences over the course of time, but please save your time. If you do, choose to use his pharmacy, you will see how frustrating it is. Believe all the negative comments, unfortunately. My last straw was that today they were unable to fill a prescription that has been on auto fill for over a whole entire year. They could not tell me why, my doctors have shown me with my own eyes that they have the script filled infinitely. They gave me bogus answers that they don’t have the meds in stock (so wouldn’t they just order it?? As per usual??) then they said the doctor needs to write it again, and my doctors are frustrated at this point as well. I finally walked out and said I’m switching, this is not some thing I usually do. Please believe me it is not worth your time.

I sadly have to agree with the other 1 star reviews. Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They're close to me so I've tried them multiple times hoping for better but I'm at 7 of 8 times that I've had a problem. One time the pharmacist REFUSED to fill the doctor's Rx...to the doctor's office... on the phone! It was a med I'd been on for years. I seriously don't know how they're in business.

I thought CVS on gateway was bad. This place never answers their phone and every time I go for my inhalers they tell me the doctor never sent the prescription over, even when I get I text telling me they're there.I did learn a trick, if you call back to back they answer. They have a bad attitude, but you'll get them to answer. Took me 6 calls one right after the other

This pharmacy is the worst! My doctor sent the prescription 3 times! Oh, we don't see a prescription here for you. They don't answer the phones and the lady was rude! I swear they just turn the phone off! Call while you waiting in line and see if the phone rings, or if they even try and answer it. Yea right!

They never answer their phone, or will pick up and hung up right away. Really? Very rude. And when you physically show up 5 min later because you live around corner you'll see 3 guys there doing absolutely nothing.

No one answers the phones in the pharmacy- ever- in the 2 years I've used them for my Rx. Ok, maybe they are just busy. But I've also left at least a half dozen voicemails to have my call returned. Never has anyone returned a message. Awful.

A pharmacy with bad communications and unreasonable rules. An hour of my time wasted and I didn’t get a COVID booster.I arrived early to my COVID booster appointment only to find out that I had to have my physical COVID vaccine card. No exception. Not even the digital vaccine card by the California government. I pointed out that the email confirmation nor appointment website mentioned that I needed to bring the paper copy. Just got shrugs from the pharmacist (or technician). They said if I can return in an hour with the paper copy, they could give me the shot. Before I left, I double checked if they needed anything else from me, they said no.30 mins later when I returned, the staff took a look at my paper copy and said sorry no booster because this Vons location could only administer vaccines to people who received vaccines from the same manufacturer. Because I got both Pfizer and Moderna, they couldn’t give me the booster.The pharmacy manager gave me a long explanation on their rationale. While I don’t agree with your rationale, you gotta communicate those requirements PRIOR to the appointment! My email confirmation said no such requirement. I wasted my entire hour traveling back and forth and did NOT get my vaccine.Why are you giving troubles to people who want to get vaccinated?Afterwards, I made an appointment with a separate pharmacy chain and called to make sure I can receive booster there. They said no problem and were surprised to hear that I was rejected a booster because of the mixed vaccines record.Ironically, the vaccine of a different manufacturer was first given to me by a different location of Vons. So thank you Vons for giving me a “mixed” vaccine record and rejecting me later for something you created.
