I have visited this store 3 times in the last 6 months. I just walked out today for the same reasons I’ve walked out before. The customer service in this store is terrible! The last two times I visited I was the only person left in the store and not even a hello. I actually wanted to purchase shoes and I was trying on a display and both employees ignored me. I love the Vince brand but I won’t be stepping foot into this outlet store again. Never been treated so poorly by retail workers.

I was so excited to return when in the area. First shopping adventure was two years ago and it was FUN! Staff was helpful and l went home with lots of items I love. Vince is one of my favorite lines, so a major discount is great. Folks blasting the pricing obviously don't normally wear the brand. This trip wasn't fun. Manager took a long time to acknowledge me (one other customer in store). I had to ask for things, sometimes more than once (they have additional sizes in back). Most items were at least half off, plus another 30% off. I learned the hard way that additional VIP outlet discount doesn't work. Could have sworn it did last time. I did walk away with 5 things to love, but really didn't feel as good about it. Even discounted I still spent quite a bit. Yes, I will return next time I'm in the area. But my expectations were too high for a pleasant experience this time. It's a shame, but I guess that's how it goes these days.

Store needs to get operational hours posted correctly. Store is closed Posted hours indicate it will me open for another hour. Poorest employees of all the Vince outlets. Guess Camarillo or Vegas will have to do.

Patronizing attitude. Terrible experience. 2 sales and no one greeted us or said a single word about any ongoing sales to us, even if there were only 2 other parties (4 customers in total), and we were there for at least 15 minutes. We learned about ongoing sales from the conversation between 1 sales and a customer who came in 10 minutes late after us.

Cute clothes, it's expensive even with the 50%, clothes looks like it's going to rip or snag, I was going to purchase a skirt got dissuaded by the associate, I do not appreciate that the curtain of the fitting room was opened without asking first if someone was there

The people working there were terrible. I would like to point that they accused my mother of steeling a grey shirt ! When she did not because she only had 3 clothes to try on cause I was with her the whole entire time.I checked her purse and everything. Second thing is that I was freaking out and have an anxiety panic attack and the lady told me to go away. Just because they look down like depressed means that something terrible happened I thought my dad was dead or injured due to the tsunami news I heard when he was okay we didn't know wether everything was okay or not but now my parents might separate after all. Thanks Vince for accusing my mother and making me turn to the opposite team instead of supporting my mother . Instead of not welcoming her and saying she "can't come to the store anymore" you could have said she will be warned and not be able to come for at least a month which would have been reasonable so Vince lost a great customer.

I visited this location on 5/14/17 and had the worst customer service experience from start to finish. I am a huge Vince customer and was dressed in head-to-toe Vince (a slight indication that I buy the brand). There were 3 associates working and not one of them greeted me. No biggie, but after walking around for 10 minutes, clothes in hand, I still was not approached. There was nobody else in the store so they certainly weren't busy. I had to go to them to ask questions. And when I did, they acted like they were bothered! The experience continued on this way the entire time, even when I was being rung up for my purchase, for which I was impolitely informed was final sale. I actually got passed along registers because the girl didn't want to ring up my sale for the associate who was supposedly helping me. I have worked in retail management for many years and would never accept this type of service from my team. You have a job because of the customer! I sincerely hope that one of those 3 was not a manager, but if so, I hope the company has them re-evaluate their values.

Great clothes and amazing service! I have always loved the quality of Vince clothing and was happy to have this outlet open in Carlsbad. I went in yesterday to browse and found the perfect "little black sweater". I asked if it came in a different size but was told they didn't have it in their store, however, they'd inquire at their other locations. None of this is unusual but this was: their online system was down so Diane started calling stores! She called everywhere from Washington to Texas and even said I didn't need to wait, she'd call me when she found the item. She spent a lot of time, even while she was supposed to be on her lunch break and did find what I wanted. Wow! Who does that anymore? I was totally impressed with the store, the staff and especially with Diane's tenacity to find the item I wanted.
