Manny was probably hands down the best customer service experience I’ve received with Verizon in the past 17 years, I’ve been with them. He was knowledgeable, precise, understanding & he really cared. Verizon/Victra should consider themselves lucky to have such an asset… I was in there on 12/07/23 & I purchased an iPhone 15 pro.

If I could give it ZERO STARS I would. This store lied to me and was dishonest. They added services to my account I did not authorize and on top of that they charged me a $39.99 fee they called an "activation fee" when I was adding a line to my account, but it really was a convenience fee (added on top of my real activation fee) just to use their store.

Excellent service! Manny the agent who helped me is so smart. Our family plan all phone are eligible for upgrade. He even was able to help us get a credit on our account for charges we were not using!

I came here to seek guidance in setting up a new iphone for my birthday and the guy wants to charge me $40…really? Why? How on earth is this justifiable? So dumb. Also, it’s just bad business because my family and I have been customers for over a decade with Verizon and this is the level of customer service they return..?! (Btw, this “customer service” rep never even pulled up my information. No care, bad business.) I definitely will seek a better phone service company ASAP. So, for $40 (that I will not pay on principle), Verizon just lost potentially thousands from me.To be clear, over the years I’ve experienced good and bad service from Verizon in-person. I’ve seen a few excellent sales reps leave due to bad experiences as employees. Time to look elsewhere…
