DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE. They will lose or steal your package. I have had (2) cards that were never delivered, and a package I dropped off that mysteriously disappeared. The lines are long, and the staff is not helpful. Avoid!!

The staff gave me and my spouse a blue pen to fill out my passport renewal form and new passport form respectively. We wait in line after filling it out. Then, we go up to the staff to turn it in. Was told they aren’t an acceptance facility for new passport (fine, we will schedule at another place - no problem) and then the next problem: my renewal form, to which they rejected it and said they don’t accept blue ink on my form… This blue ink was given to me BY THE STAFF… we will not be going back to this facility.

Excellent customer service and a friendly staff. For those who say they were not treated properly, I’ve seen so many rude and customers who feel entitled treating the staff horribly so I can see why the staff might have an attitude at times. Take a step back and appreciate where you are.

They don't even attempt to deliver signature required packages. They don't answer their phone so you can't even find out if they're actually available for pick up. You have to drive over, wait in line, and then play postal roulette as to whether they a.) have it, b.) can find it.

Even though my forwarding order had gone through weeks earlier when a package I had made many months earlier and forgot about arrived the carrier returned it to sender instead of forwarding it. The staff at this location just said it was an accident and I appreciate taking responsibility for it but due to the type of special package it was it will be many months, if ever, that I get my item.

This is my local post office and I’ve been doing business with them for years. Not a problem. But recently they lost my package that was supposed to be delivered to me which is honestly upsetting. I’m not going to yell about it or anything, I understand mistakes happen and we’re all humans, I get it, but when it’s your job to deliver mail everyday, honestly you’re expected to do it the right way. I just hope things like this happen less in the future or else it will be very problematic.

This is an excellent post office. The employees here do their best dealing with a lot of customers and handling issues the best they can. It is not their fault that other people have issues they can’t control or fix. I love coming here to mail my packages and I know a lot of other people here do as well. I feel bad, they receive a lot of bogus complaints. A perfect example would be the one below me. What exactly is your complaint? You mentioned what he did to somebody else and your reasoning lacks anything factual or relevant. Put yourself in these people shoes and stop trying to dehumanize people who deal with the public.Keep up the great work Jeffrey, Kaila, Kiara and Lee!

I recently went to this location to get assistance with services of forwarding my address. I had temporarily used another address between moving for one home to another and in an effort to not lose any mail, i had the mail routed to my parents home. As I came in to resolve the issue I met Jeffery. If you were to look up bad customer service, his face would be the poster board for it. Not only was he rude and unhelpful to me but to other staff and customers. A man asking for help with a first class item he waved off (literally) along with the staff person helping, without acknowledging the customers question of if he was allowed to send the large item first class saying “just leave it”. I should have known then that I was not going to receive level of good customer service. When asked for a supervisor, she was not available to help. It was an extremely disappointing experience and I hope Jefferey learns that kindness can go a long way and that condescending behavior is never the way to go especially when you are in the customer service business. All I can say is, do better.

Overweight, African-American young woman with long braids has terrible manners. She must have come from an orphanage or not have parents. I dread having to deal with her rudeness and poor customer service.

Does anyone answer the phone here? I've called 5 times today and it just rings and rings. I have a jammed mailbox with medical documents and have been trying to get ahold of anyone for hours and hours

Extremely rude service. Appalling! And every customer thereafter was treated poorly.

Several times now I have heard the three newer female employees making fun of customers and speaking disrespectfully about people after they leave. I have heard them while I was standing in line as well as while I was wrapping a package over at one of the back tables. This location has gone extremely down hill over the last 1-2 years.

Looking for a safe post office? Look no further than this one! They take social distancing seriously with security at the door. Alex provided us with great service, making our visit easy and efficient. I was particularly impressed by how kind she was to the elderly customers, taking care of them quickly. The post office also had a good selection of priority mail boxes and a nice section of Hallmark cards.
