I can only add to the negative reviews for those dropping off Amazon returns. The people who work here ignore you and are dismissive. I now travel the extra distance to Staples on Palomar Airport road when I have a return. Because of the way I was treated at this UPS store, I go to the UPS store near Lowes when I have a need for their services. They have excellent customer service there

Handy place to return your Amazon orders. There is an Amazon self-service kiosk where you bag and tag your own returns, but the staff can help as well. I guess they also have other services like mailboxes for rent, notary, shipping of course. Staff are friendly enough.

I came to this UPS store after going to another UPS store with one employee in a line out the door. The store had four employees, total organization, and quickly handled my easy transaction.
