Karitsa was amazingly helpful and fantastic customer service. They have my loyalty for all my pet needs. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My dogs even loved her!!!

I used their diy dog wash. So much more convenient than trying to bathe him at home. All the supplies are there. The raised bath tub saves my back. Employees are friendly and helpful
