Very bad experience with the two female employees and I think one of them was the very young manager of the store. I was a loyal customer but I will not go back to this store.

From my past visits, I enjoyed the good deals and the helpful customer service. However, my latest visit highlights a degradation in attentiveness, courtesy and overall customer service. To begin, most staff (5 persons) were at the front desk checking out customers. Considering it was not very busy, I thought it was odd not one employee was working the floor to tidy up the store and to help customers with questions and requests. This situation required myself and others to go ask the staff at the front desk for assistance. Once there, I had to get the attention of someone since I was essentially being ignored. The person who eventually acknowledged me happened to be the onsite manager. He gave a visible and audible sigh after I asked him for help. I was surprised he did that in front of the staff. However, I realized his subordinates have adopted his lackadaisical attitude and low energy effort and demeanor. It seems this manager and the employees at the time would rather socialize amongst themselves than do their jobs.

Rude, obnoxious, miserable, unrealistic demanding employees. Went there and found few items which we want to buy, but the employee refused to give us access to the change room and suggested we buy them try the items in the Public bathroom of the mall.Seriously...Never again

This place has the best prices, everyone knows it, and it's always packed! On my visit we were looking for school shoes for the kids and I was looking for some new polo shirts. My kids found shoes they loved and the store had their sizes (big plus). I found a slew of polo shirts in their Men's apparel section. The selection was awesome, plenty of L and XL in stock. I did use their dressing room as I am between sizes... the attendants greeted me and let me know which room was opened. On the way out I was greeted again and asked if I needed anything else. Great store with awesome staff. The store is very well staffed; they had all their registers open, multiple staff were out on the floor re-folding items, re-stocking, and/or assisting shoppers. We were in and out in record time.

I bought a hoodie at this store less than 1 month ago for about $100. I knew it would fit and I've owned plenty of UA products so I felt I had a reasonable expectation for their quality. When I got home I noticed there were a bunch of unfinished strings hanging from the stitching. I shrugged it off and took care of the excess yarn because I figured that's not a big deal, it's just yarn... Not long after (about 3 weeks) the zipper on the hoodie became stuck, the zipper track is no longer in working condition and the hoodie is now completely unusable. I can't return it because I don't have proof of purchase, despite having a CC statement showing the purchase and that UA has the digital proof of purchase. Absolutely pathetic standards by this company. I am so sick of purchasing brands like Nike, UA, etc. where they manufacture in hundreds of countries across the world with ZERO quality control, and back it up with absolutely NO customer service.

Great service. I initially ran in real quick, just to snag a long sleeve shirt. When I got to the front, I ended up making a mistake and changed my mind last second. The sales associates, and the manager went above and beyond to help me out and I really appreciated it.
