I ordered a waterproof cable and ear piece for $65 on April 11, 2024. I have called several times and get the same story “ it is ready for shipping and you should get it soon”. Ya well, still no product or refund. Update: It is now July 9, 2024. I requested a refund from two way direct several weeks ago and still have not received it. Two way has to be the worst radio company ever. I even told them that I would re consider buying again later if they fix my issue now. Well they apparently don’t care I spent $65.

Thieves, spent over 600 dollars on a headset and wireless mic almost two months ago and still have not received my order. Started looking into reviews and wish I would have sooner it seems this company has been getting away with this for quite some time. Will be disputing my order with my bank and contacting my lawyer this is insane.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this company. As a retired ranking police officer, who now owns a security company. I absolutely know how important communication is. With that said, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on this company. I ask for radios specifically for a certain contract. I was quoted one price and paid $100.00 over the quoted price. I necessarily would not mind paying more, but...... the radios were 120% junk!! So, when I asked for a refund. I was told " we dont do that. But we can quote (a over Inflate it price ) on other radios.. No thanks. By the way, I had to call customer service at least 3 times!! Horrible customer service as well. Never checked to see if I was satisfied.Apparently once they have your money, they done with you. Another company gave me great radios at half the price I was quoted. Plus... they were supposed to send me quotes on options.... Never got that either. Definitely shop around! But whatever you do, and take it from a retired cop, Dont buy here!!! That would be criminal.

This company harassed and borderline stalked me for WEEKS after I put items in my cart but never checked out on their website. Not only that, they somehow got my dad’s phone number and called him multiple times trying to get ahold of me. All over 60 bucks worth of items that I never even purchased. This company is absolutely insane, so not do business with them!

Mia is great, it the product we purchased is trash. We purchased 10 Motorola TLK 100s and they have not worked since the day we received them we’ve continually had problems not only would we have to pay a monthly service but I had to pay a dedicated employee to fix and continually contact Motorola support to resolve issues.. This was an absolute terrible decision. I would advise to definitely look for other options as we are.

Don’t use them. They have new reps ( ours name Liam) that don’t know wha they are doing. I follow his steps and it’s cost use to have our service cut off because I had to change payment method. I complete the form and sent it back to the billing email per the form. When I receive an email telling me a payment has been made. I called the Motorola, spoke with someone there that was worthless also. I was told they couldn’t find my account because it was entered a different way. He was able to find my account by my email, but had to open a case to have it set up right. He took my payment information and told me someone would call me back within 24 hours. Well no one has called me back no one has proceed my payment and now our service has been suspended. This is ridiculous that we are going through this when I did my part to update my payment method and contacted to have them process the payment when I found out LIAM with Two Way Direct is clueless. All I get from him is he was new Well do better if your rep is too new to know what he is doing., don’t let him sale it will give your company a bad name. I also cc: the sales manager on my emails and he hasn’t responded either. This place has terrible customer service. Even 1 star ⭐️ is tooooooo much for them.

Do not do business with this company. They deliver products that do not work. Horrible customer support. Make promises to get the sale and then go back on what they promised. Still have not gotten the data cable that was paid for nearly 6 months ago.

The company I worked for (Rolltechs Specialty Vehicle) recently wanted to buy some radios for easier communication between the office and the shop. We found 2 way direct and ordered some. When we did not receive any tracking, I called and found out the ones we ordered were not in stock. After inquiring and some homework, Taylor (the employee that was helping me) found some way cheaper, same tech that we were looking for. We had already paid for the original ones, so when we switched our order, they used the money we paid for the original ones, for the new ones. We received the money back with no issues, as well as our radios. Apparently the frequency we are on had more traffic than we knew, so we called Taylor back and they sent a label for us to send them back to get them re-programmed.I have no received them back yet, but will update when I do. But so far, this company has exceeded every expectation that we have had, and we are excited to continue doing business with them in the future!Shout out to Taylor for dealing with my limited understanding of radios, and Shawn (I believe his manager) for making it all make sense!

Is there a zero possible?Don't give these guys your email address. They will add you into their system and email you non stop with no way of removing your self. They have an automated message that keeps asking about your order. We asked to order it many times and they just keep sending the same message. We finally ordered it from someone else because they never responded.When they first gave us the first quote they forgot that the product was supposed to be free if you signed a contract. They were just trying to get an extra $50 per unit.Shawn Pieson was the person we dealt with and did not have a good experience and still to this day get his junk mail asking about the deal we already told him no about.
