If there were more stars I would give them yesterday I went to look at the cars and again I met JESSE CHAVEZ, he was very kind and helped me find the perfect car for my family. I have been a loyal Toyota customer for nearly two decades, but my recent experience with this dealership was disappointing. I brought my 2023 Toyota Cross in for what I believed to be a minor defect with the windshield fluid system, which I expected to be covered under warranty. However, the dealership attributed the issue to rodent damage, an explanation I have never encountered before in my extensive history with Toyota vehicles.
In my opinion, this assessment seems like an attempt to avoid performing a warranty repair, which is frustrating as a long-standing customer of the brand. I found the customer service and management at this dealership to be unhelpful and unwilling to provide the support I expected.
Based on this experience, I would caution new Toyota owners about using this dealership's services. Additionally, I would recommend carefully considering the value of the Toyota warranty, as it may not always provide the coverage one expects for even minor defect factory issues.

What a fantastic experience!!
The whole team from sales to finance, just absolutely flawless. Very professional, efficient and smooth. They helped me get the vehicle that I had my eyes on at a very reasonable price. The entire team, experience, and process was amazing. From calling the sales department to inquire about inventory, to working with Juan Rodriguez, to financing, and all the way to the end was excellent. The process was smooth and everyone was so helpful. I highly recommend Toyota of Carlsbad and definitely ask for Juan in sales. Toyota Carlsbad has amazing staff. Hamid made it easier for me to buy my Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid LE. He has been very patient with me in finding the car that I will really love and of course fits my budget. He has been patient with me and I would like to thank Leeann for walking me through the accounting process and documentation. Special mention to Junior who helped me with the technical side of my new car. I would recommend to anyone to buy their dream car here. The staff of Toyota Carlsbad are very professional.
