The worst thing about this group is no accountability. It took almost a month and a half to get my disability paperwork and because of that my claim was denied. How is that caring for or about your patients when it causes more unnecessary stress. Stress causes seizures and they caused mine ???

Loved Alan and the "all in "attitudes of the supporting staff. They scoured the office looking for relief of my dry hands, whiling calming my nerves and drying my tears from my fears of treatment. They retook my vitals to ensure the correct readings. They care about me living a long & healthy life. Ease of my injections...refill yes please.

Agree with the others. They need to get rid of the office staff for setting appointments over the phone. Very unhelpful, and seems like they intentionally want to make things more difficult for you. Really messed up mentality. Contacted them three times, all three times I had negative experiences.

Hey Neurology Center .. you guys need to retrain or get rid of one of your office staff that makes your appointments .I called today to reschedule an appointment I had previously that I couldn’t attend due to health reasons. My information is in the system meaning my insurance and all info needed to schedule an appointment has been verified.Your employee wasn’t some how able to verify my insurance because of one letter being wrong and decided to say to me that when I receive a bill from you that I wouldn’t pay it. Now I don’t know what kind of patients you have had in the past , but that’s just wrong to assume that I wouldn’t pay a bill from your company (especially in the way she said it is Very disrespectful!!!) And very uncalled for !!

Dr. Brian Droker was wonderful!!! It was my first appointment, and he corrected a scheduling mistake (not his fault) to get me in for my testing right away. I was afraid because I heard from my neighbor that the tests were painful, but he put me at ease so I went ahead and allowed him to do the tests without me taking a Valium or Advil like I was planning. His bedside manner was incredible. He kept me talking, was very interesting, and he made me laugh. He did a great job on the uncomfortable tests, and I left there smiling because he was so wonderful at his job and he treated me so well. Sadly, at Scripps where I receive most of my medical care, I have never experienced a doctor this good. The five stars is for Dr. Droker, however the staff was really bad. Terrible attitudes. Zero welcoming energy, instead they barely want to raise their eyes to look at you, zero smiles, they act like they could care less. The misinformation I received from the scheduler cost me a babysitter. As I see it, they should pay me back for their mistake that cost me $75 for childcare. Do these people put on acts of professionalism and service during their interviews, and then once hired act like they would rather be anywhere else talking to anyone else other than you, the paying patient? Doctors, hire a new manager and clean house to keep patient retention.

After 2 or 3 text messages to confirm my appointment date and time, they were late getting to me, then they sat me in a room for over 40 minutes, at some point I just got up and left. My time is valuable to me as I would imagine there's is to them. Apparently they didn't even notice or care since nobody followed up, but I would bet they made sure to bill my insurance.

Do not go to Dr Frishberg unless you want a Dr that will Gaslight you . No concern or effort in digging for answers. He was wrong the first time I saw him.

Between 2018 and 2023, I saw five different doctors from this office. Four didn't help at all, and the fifth increased by pain so much I ended up in the emergency room twice. The only thing they did with any resemblance of skill was charging my insurance company. Plenty of better options out there.

Bad experience with this place. I feel frustrated. Very difficult to make an appointment. I expend hours on the phone only to be tramsfer to an answer machine that is always telling me the staff is away from the desk and to wait for a call back that I never recived.

I am a local ********* Physician, and I was refused booking for an EMG paying cash by the Neurology Center and told that I had to go through my insurance. I am unable to walk, and I have called the scheduling department multiple times only to be treated rudely by the whole team including a woman named *******. This is an absolute disgrace that this company treats local physicians this way when they just need help scheduling the next study for their health. I hope that the *** of the Neurology Center is aware of this massive problem in blocking patient care.

The doctors and staff here are top notch. Our doctor is knowledgeable attentive and compassionate. Every time that I call in regarding medication or a message to my doctor, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Often times, I have to call them with an urgent issue, and I can be frustrated and confused about what is going wrong with medication. Without fail, they take the time to listen, ask all the right questions, and take care of it as quickly as they are able. AND they are really nice about it, and they call me to follow up and ease my mind about the situation. I am never apprehensive to call them with concerns for this reason. Top notch professionalism that is rare these days. Highly recommend. (Neurology)

More personal info. then I should probably give but this is very important to me. I was so upset to discover this. I had just recently come home from the hospital with an undiagnosed neurological condition and I still needed a diagnosis and care. I owed the neurologists about $700 for care at the hospital on top of charges from other physicians! Yes, I have good medical insurance! I was told by the billing office that though I was retired, I could not see a doctor at their office until it was paid off! Then when I tried to negotiate a payoff amount monthly that I could afford, I was told it was not enough. I have never in all my years been treated as harshly by any other doctors office. The doctor I eventually saw after borrowing money so I could see someone was great but their billing department needs some compassion, kindness, and better operating procedures! It's not like I didn't intend to pay or that my bill was two years old with no payment! Just out of the hospital with a debilitating illness and unable to work. For goodness sakes!

It's wild to me that this place doesn't have 5 stars they have changed my life. Migraines have been so degrading and mean to me. I'm 23 and haven't had a healthy relationship with my body. Pain has been there my whole adult life, and although it's not gone, this place never disappoints me they are so attentive and so kind. Nicole, Andrew and Schim are amazing! Seriously couldnt be any happier with the care here. They didn't discriminate my age.....they will always try something new to try to get migraines under control which is great no beating around the bush. Everyone has administered botox and nerve blocks and given different at home injections and it's changed a lot of things for me! Don't hesitate and boon the appointment!

Dr. Fishberg and Dr. Bierman has been such a wonderful help since I got diagnosed with MS in Jan. 2023. They are patient, understanding, and willing to answer any questions you have. They follow you very closely to ensure the best care for their patients. Thank you both for helping me with my diagnosis!

This is for the Temecula office. I went there yesterday as a Seizure sufferer. My appointment was with a Dr Choudry. I am English, I have a clear English accent. That was an issue for the Asian supposedly working with Choudry who typed many mistakes on his laptop of what I was supposed to have said.Choudry came in almost 50 mins after my scheduled appointment time.He had read my notes. He also spoke to Stephanie Juang at Carlsbad prior to talking to me.His attitude from the get-go was so incredibly rude. I figured this was because I am English. (Most Indians hate us because of the Raj). He accused me of getting the date wrong on my 1st seizure. (I didn`t). Then proceeded to verbally attack me because I had stopped taking the medications subscribed to me because they made me feel like a zombie & sick.He then accused me of being selfish & dIsgusting because not only could I kill myself but also others in the process. He also said my brain was a complete mess! It was a verbal attack of unbelievable proportions.I am not a shrinking violet, but I was so hurt & upset by his whole demeanor. I just stood up looked at him, said Wow & walked out the door.Is that how they are allowed to treat people? His attack was racist 100%. If I was black it would have been a different story!I have read several rants on here about the treatments people have received. Maybe we should all get a Lawyer to go after these scumbags.I have seen one woman say to take it up with my Insurance. I will do that for sure. No one has a right to talk to people like they are scum. if i wasn`t feeling a horrible headache at the time, he would have got a mouthful that he wouldn`t have believed! Stay away from this place!!!
