This was a dream come true! Ever since I first visited the Flower Fields years ago, I knew I wanted to take my mom here because she loves flowers as much as I do! Well, today I finally had the chance to bring her! She came and visited me from out of state, and it is a brief trip but I KNEW I definitely had to take the opportunity to bring her to the Carlsbad Flower Fields, and it did NOT disappoint! As someone with a green thumb herself, she absolutely LOVED seeing new colors of flowers she hadn't encountered before, and loved being surrounded by all the beauty. We took pictures everywhere, enjoyed some ice cream, drank iced chai and raspberry green tea from the Cafe- it was a perfect day! It favorite part was riding the tractor-pulled wagon full circle around the fields twice! ? It was so enjoyable, I am SO happy I was able to get this dream come true to enjoy these moments with her!

Probably our 3rd trip here to the Flower Fields in the past 20 years - we remember going here when entrance was $5 through the Armstrong center! It's much more of a seasonal amusement park now with tons of "things to do". The views are spectacular especially at the top pathway - you can see the ocean. We unfortunately stopped by when all of San Diego was on Spring Break ?Pro Tips:1. You have to buy tickets in advance, although they did have window open, they have QR codes everywhere to purchase on your phone2. Walk across the front of the fields and go up the second or third row up the flower fields. Don't go up the first row, too many people!

Great experience partner loved the flowers and taking pictures. If you go and want to avoid some long lines take the time to walk further down, they also have space for photos and are most likely less crowded than the first lines.

The flower fields is a place where you can go and take unforgettable pictures with your friends, family, or loved one ❤️. The place is big and there is flowers everywhere, red, white, purple and my favorite yellow and I really recommended to connect with nature and make extraordinary memories that you will never forget. The price is like 23 dollars per adult and the snacks are like 6 dollars for a Coffee and 10 for a bag of ?.

Cool flower fields! There's gotta be millions of flowers here, and they have tons of different colors. The front area has a lot of small attractions, including a huge finch/pigeon cage. You have to buy tickets in advance, and they're non-refundable. I probably wouldn't recommend buying them too far in advance in case it rains the day you go.

Today was just the most beautiful day to go, and one set of fields was in FULL super bloom. Honestly, more flowers than your eyes can fathom. I'd suggest bringing a light sweater (as it can get a bit windy by the ocean), wear good shoes (you'll get dusty!), bring a hat, camera, water, SPF, and sunglasses! The flowers are absolutely stunning!! You'll have the greatest time. Hats off to the gardeners and staff here!!! ??️ ?

The flowers themselves are as gorgeous as advertised, but that's about where the appeal begins and ends. After paying $23 for the entry fee, you enter a lawless land that hungers for your wallet. $8 for a tractor ride that loops the area. $11 for a strawberry shake. Children will embarrass you with their prowess at the sweet pea maze (I concede that this experience is free). If you have young children, this may be a worthwhile outing, but otherwise there better ways to spend your money and time.

My recent visit to The Flower Fields left me with mixed feelings. While the natural beauty of the flower fields was undeniably breathtaking, my experience with the staff tainted what could have been a lovely outing.Firstly, I was taken aback by the behavior of one particular staff member operating a tractor. Their rudeness and apparent racism towards Asian visitors, including myself, were deeply troubling. Their actions, such as aggressively following visitors and making derogatory remarks, created a hostile atmosphere that detracted from the enjoyment of the surroundings.Additionally, the staff's overzealous approach to enforcing rules, particularly regarding the tape marking pathways, was excessive. I witnessed them reprimanding and threatening to eject visitors for minor infractions, such as accidentally stepping on the tape. This heavy-handedness was unwarranted and soured the experience for many. What struck me most was the apparent double standard in how the staff treated different visitors. While Asian visitors were subjected to strict enforcement and hostility, I observed white visitors freely disregarding rules, even crossing the tape for extended photo and video shoots without repercussions. This blatant discrepancy in treatment is unacceptable and highlights deeper issues of bias and unfairness within the establishment. In conclusion, despite the allure of the flower fields, my experience was marred by the unprofessional and discriminatory behavior of the staff. Until these issues are addressed and rectified, I cannot in good conscience recommend spending $70 on a visit to The Flower Fields. Instead, I urge others to invest in experiences that bring genuine happiness and inclusivity.EVERYBODY PEOPLEEverybody talkin bout race this, race thatWish I could erase that, face facts

I've wanted to visit the flower fields since I moved out here in the late 90's and now I can happily say I've done it! I definitely recommend it. We really enjoyed it as a family.
