What is there NOT to rave about this boutique!! I've never been one to shop at these boutiques, mainly because I lack a sense of style and feel as if I'd be so awkward looking around. However, Lisa the owner, and her amazing team, make you feel so welcome and one of the girls! I also love how every one in there can easily pick out your style and what looks so great on you! I've been back a few times now and the experience just keeps getting better! The clothes are so cute, one-of-a-kind, and definitely quality. Lisa has such an eye for style and design! HIGHLY recommend this boutique, and her other locations!!

I was poor shamed by an employee! I asked for the price of a dress and the employee rudely said “It’s well over $500” suggesting I couldn’t afford it. When I picked up a pair of overalls (that I didn’t even know were on sale) the same employee said “ya those are SIGNIFICANTLY marked down.” Suggesting that’s all I could afford. It made the experience very uncomfortable. I’m a regular at this shop and was very disappointed with the manners of the staff.

Was walking by one day and wanted to look at some jewelry for my wedding and possibly spend some of my hard-earned money here. As I opened the door and said hello, a blonde haired woman started walking over quickly to tell me that they were closed in a unwelcoming manner. I mentioned there were no hours on the door and she mentioned they opened at 10. She quickly closed the door and walked away. I looked at my phone and it was 10:05! I guess she couldn't tell time. I opened the door and mentioned it's 10, and she responded, "Well we are in a meeting right now so we will do 11." Haha how lame. I am never going to this business again. My fiancé also owns a business in the village and I will be sure to let my folks know not to spend their money there either. Nice job ladies!

My husband and I went to an event on 4/2 and met Emily and Gina!! Also, great customer service. Emily was wearing a super cute dress they didn't have in stock. They called their Encinitas location and ordered me the dress. I'll have it next week. Woo hoo!

Swirl fat shames. Do not go in here if you are over 90 pounds, or don't want to spend $150 on a skirt that you could buy at forever 21. The employee, specifically Sydney, was rude. My wife left feeling saddened, we will not be returning. They also do not sell over size 28 jeans, if any very limited.

Swirl is such a welcomed, stylish addition to shopping in the Village. This is a small boutique with an ultra curated collection. Think *vibey gen Z* but with a millennial budget. Swirl is very active on Insta, sharing outfit inspo & new items daily. I haven't been to their other locations yet but glad to have this one so close to pop in regularly. Customer service is fast & helpful, and it's clear the owner is all about shaping a good experience at Swirl.

I bought a cute little romper here for my birthday and I love it so much! The lady was so sweet to me and helped my mother and I out very well. I tried on lots of clothes and loved almost every single piece I tried on. Clothes in this store are so beautiful, honestly and the lady was so sweet to us. Thank you!
