I want to give more stars, but my husband and I recently visited the store with our kids. We come down a few times a year. We love the clothes and the vibe of Sun Diego in Carlsbad. We all started itching shortly after leaving the store. We all have bug bites on our arms and ankles. We are really uncomfortable and will NOT be back this trip.

Got a board and wetsuit from Carlsbad location. Had an amazing time. Kaiolena helped us out, was by far the most marvelous customer experience I have ever had. She must be the best representative at the company. Shop here!

Sun Diego is the absolute best, they helped us rent boards and west suits despite it being pretty late and they went above and beyond to help us! Sebastian who works there is the nicest, thank you so much for an awesome surfing experience!

Bought new pants and after 10 days I noticed a defect from the factory which I didn’t notice when I got them.
Went back ( 10 days later ?? ) with the receipt to return them and try to exchange them for another pair and the crew at the surf shop were incredibly helpful and got a new pair.
Outstanding customer service from the entire staff!!!!. Thank you!!

Beautiful store, however I was disappointed with the service. I was shopping for a bogie board and greeted by a friendly fellow who directed me to the board section where I perused a thin selection and patiently waited for someone to help me. Alas no sales staff approached and I decided to leave. I hope this is just a one off occurrence.

Found this store online looking for Seager Hats. Not only was the hat on sale, but it also came with free shipping. Hat was sent within a day, and packaged perfectly. I would definitely buy from them again, even if things are full priced just because they provided great shipping time and communication. Keep up the great work

Took me 2 1/2 months to do a simple tee size-exchange by mail. First staff member was very unhelpful. They do not really care or have good stock. Claimed to be out of XL long sleeve tee for two months. Seems pretty basic. Will not be back

Beautiful choice of clothes, amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. Sophia was very helpful today when we had to make an exchange. I shop here often and I definitely recommend this store!

Best shop for Carlsbad wearable collectibles and swim trunks of all kinds and varieties. Huge selection and a great time.Maya in particular was super helpful picking out the right things for my daughter and me personally. She is the best!!!

Awesome store that is incredibly well merchandised!! You can find everything you need from sunscreen to surfboards! It's close to the most beautiful beach in San Diego so you don't have to bring anything with you. Just come and do your shopping here!!
