Service was really bad, ladies. It was an all female crew on 1/22/24 at noon. There were 3 women sitting at their registers but they all had closed signs up. Only one register was open and there were 6 people with carts in line. I asked one of the ladies if one of them could open and she said something to another lady to open instead of her. I walked over to her and her closed sign was still up. I asked if she was going to be opening and she looked so upset, and said, "well I will be, but you're rude". I said, "I'm rude for asking if you're going to open?" To which she said, "I'll be taking who is next in line" and she motioned for a gentleman to come over to her, but he told her, "actually she's been going to all the registers where there were people but they were all closed so she's next". The disheveled, sloppily dressed (does Sprouts let their employees work in sweats and pajamas?, with bed head hair, young woman named Steff then had to reluctantly check out my groceries. My dad worked his whole career as a front end grocery store manager, and I have the utmost respect for people who interface with customers in the grocery business. My father cleaned his clothes, ironed his shirt, tucked in his shirt, shined his shoes, and combed his hair for work. He treated customers like gold and dropped whatever he was doing to show people where things were or open registers himself to check people's groceries. As soon as there were 3 people in line another register would be opened. Now, at Sprouts, you have 3 ladies at 3 registers with blank stares, no smiles, no friendly help, and one who acts like she's being victimized to be asked to take a customer. Service gets a zero.

This is a very nice store. I love their produce. Beware though of the cashiers throwing your food as they scan it and throw it in your bags. They did this to me twice. The first time I thought it was my imagination, but they did it again today.Cannot recall if it was the same cashier, but next time I will try to avoid her.

I'd give the deli zero stars if I could. None of the meats it cheeses have clearly labeled prices, except for the few pre-cut bags.I got there first and was completely ignored by all the who worked there. Then, when another customer walked up, they addressed him, not me. He didn't have the decency to point out I was there before him. Teach your employees proper customer service and price labeling, please. The cost of my groceries should not be a mystery.

Today I stopped by to pickup romaine and other fresh veggies to make a salad and I couldn’t believe the quality of the lettuce and fresh bell peppers. I have purchased better quality lettuce at Walmart before. This particular Sprouts has really gone downhill lately, I don’t know if there’s a new produce manager or they just can’t get good quality produce anymore.A recent visit to this Sprouts really turned me off to how things are actually not being run. It was about 7:30 pm which is no excuse for the produce and display areas to look bad. Prepackaged lettuce was turning brown, display areas were dirty and had old wilted lettuce and rotten looking beets.

I was in the store yesterday to order a sandwich. I asked the gentleman making the sandwich to switch out one cheese for another he gave me a huge dissertation about he couldn’t do that he had to follow the menu and he was not allowed to switch out cheeses. This isn’t the first time Tony has been belligerent to me and disagreeable. if this continues I may stop shopping at Sprouts altogether. I don’t understand why He has to be antagonistic to the customer.

The rudest checkout employees I've encountered. Not just once but every time. They are slow and I start to bag my own groceries to speed things up. They stand by watching me and don't even offer a "thank you." I thought the corporate chains would do some sort of training in customer service but I guess this store doesn't. I've been to other Sprouts stores and it isn't as bad. I always leave this location feeling irritated and it's not because of the store, it's the lack of customer service.

Jerk employee wouldn't let me use the self checkout to ring up my Instacart order even after I had already started scanning stuff. Then I had to wait longer at the regular checkout to get out of there. I'm so sick and tired of their stupid B.S. store policies wasting my freaking time!

I went to the deli counter to get a sandwich we were standing infront of the counter waiting to be helped my first time ordering there wasn’t aware there is a paper . and one of the ladies the one with colored eyes I think maybe Caucasian . Was extremely rude to me , I had just asked where do we order and she told me in a loud kinda mean way the paper instead of polishing letting me know . I the will definitely not being ordering there again because of her . But overall the cashier where I payed my order at was extremely polite to me thank you only reason I put 3 stars . Would of been a two

Never in my life did I ever think I'd write a bad review on a grocery store until today. I frequent this location but will stop coming after I got accused of stealing food. I was walking out and some kid had just finished putting carts away and tells me to have a great day. Then not even two seconds later of him going inside the store he rushes back outside to tell me I didn't complete my transaction. I told him yes I did and it was approved and tried showing him the transaction on my phone since I used Apple Pay. He then points at the self check out register that was flashing red and I told him I didn't use that one, I used the one next to it and I have proof of payment ON MY PHONE. Yet he refused to look at it. Then walks to the self check out register I used and my receipt was still there so I tell him again to look at my phone to see the transaction. He looks at it and just says "ok". No apology or NOTHING. He did this right in front of my son too. I have never been accused of stealing in my life so this was just so disrespectful especially considering he wasn't even inside when I processed my transaction so he had to fucking right to suspect anything. You ppl need to teach your employees proper customer service and teach them to apologize and have compassion when they're in the wrong. I honestly should've spoken to a manager when I was there but I was too pissed off and embarrassed from this interaction.
