Waited 30 minutes before anyone informed me about the check in process, then had to wait another 10, they had barbers available in the back but no one acknowledged or assisted at all, left without a haircut, for $35 go find a real barber

Was in the area, made a reservation. They had to close for 15 mins for an issue with lice. Last time I trade time for a cheap cut. Sticking to the barber shops go forward.

Was good till my last haircut. The stylist didn't know how to do a high skin fade and did a horrible job. Definitely will not be returning.

Checked my son in and given 19 minute wait time. When his time came up, Stylist came over to the computer and changed his wait time to 19 minutes again with no explanation even though we showed waiting "in store". I got the attention of the stylist and she said "can I help you". I explained that I had left work to bring my son in for a haircut and she said she had to take her lunch. I asked if that should not have been calculated in to the original wait time and she said no. I asked if we waited 19 more minutes if it was possible the next person could go on their lunch break also and she said it was possible. Serious lack of customer service. It's been 3 minutes and our wait time has not changed from 19 on the "wait list" board.

I checked in online it said that the way it was gonna be five minutes so I got there in five or six minutes and and waited for another 10 before I got up and asked if there was a manager available and they said that there wasn't one in spite of the fact that there were four girls there not cutting hair and only one girl actually cutting. how long does it take to shift change? And if 80 to 90% of your operation is going to be down during peak hours like lunchtime then adjust your website accordingly.

Saw online they had no wait time. Got me right in. Very personable and enjoyed the conversation. Did a great job on the haircut too. The VIP sevice makes you feel like a king. I'll be back.

I am very picky about who I let cut my hair. Suzie did a fantastic job and I will definitely be back to see her! She was personable, friendly, listened to my needs, and paid close attention to detail.

We have been loyal customers for years and we're excited to come and get my 13 year olds hair by Marnie. We signed in online and saw it was over an hour wait. No big deal we were happy to wait. We arrived signed in an waited over an hour until we were second in line. We saw Marnie finishing a haircut and thought we were next. A few minutes pass and they start calling people after us in line. I stand to ask if we were next. They inform me that Marnie is now on lunch for 40 minutes. I asked why that wasn't communicated to us or why weren't given a choice to go with another stylist. The stylist was so rude and disrespectful and basically told me too bad deal with it-- we have been busy all day!! I could not believe that she just didn't apologize and try to at least make it somehow better!! What TERRIBLE customer service-- DO NOT waste your time at this sports clip there are many other better places to get a hair cut!! So rude!!

My husband has been so frustrated with their online check in system. He checks in online, goes at the quoted time, and then is told to wait 45-50 more minutes. What is the point of checking in online? This has happened about 5 times.
