Elizabeth was absolutely phenomenal in helping me find the perfect bra. I had a breast reduction in 2020 and hadn’t purchased a bra since, sticking almost exclusively to sports bras—so I was long overdue for a proper fitting. Elizabeth made an experience I was genuinely dreading feel effortless and even fun. When I walked into the store, she was busy but immediately paused what she was doing to help me, which truly meant a lot.
She took the time to understand my shape and my lifestyle, recommending bras that worked perfectly with what I wear day to day. Even before my reduction, Soma was always my go-to because the quality of their intimates is truly unbeatable, and their sizing is far more accurate than what I’ve experienced elsewhere.
I will absolutely be returning. If you’re in the area and looking for exceptional customer service and bras that provide great support, flattering shape, and long-lasting quality, I can’t recommend Soma enough.

My friend told me about Soma and m so glad she did because it was a great experience, everyone was very nice and accommodating.
I usually go all the way to Nordstroms at UTC for my bras but this was great and very personal.
The associates fit you and make sure that the bra fits you perfectly which is wonderful service. The ones I chose were on sale for $29 and they had a vast collection of colors in my size.
Catherine was very helpful and told me I could donate my old bra and get $5 off my purchase plus I joined Soma club and got another $20 off. Unfortunately my friend wasn’t told that but her cashier so Catherine was nice enough to refund the difference.
I will definitely go back here for now on.

I am so glad I found this place. Morgan was so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Every employee that I interacted with was supportive and warm. I appreciated their forehought and problem solving. These women listened and responded attentively I truly appreciate this space that is accommodating to women of all cup sizes!

A really bad first experience. The representative got my measurements, put me in the fitting room to try one of the bras and left me there for 20+ minutes. Wasted my time, when I could have shopped at other stores!

I stopped by today to pick up some bras and it was such a great! Elizabeth honestly made my day! I’m 27 weeks pregnant and so tired. She was so helpful, patient and brought me a bottle of water. She’s a wonderful person and I can’t wait to go back.

Love love the products but the women in there followed me around, were super impolite, rude, and overwhelmed me. I don't know why retailers have such grumpy people working in their stores.

For the last 4 months, I’ve been on the hunt for a bra that fills a very specific purpose (something that’s designed to be seen underneath retro-style dresses), but haven’t been able to find anything that even comes close to fitting my needs?Miss AMANDA here at this Soma was an absolute SAINT!!! Within literally 10 seconds of my describing to her what I’d been searching for, she had the materialization of my vision in her hands. She new EXACTLY what I needed, and knew exactly where to find it! I was in and out in six minutes, with exactly what I had come for. Amanda, thank you so SO much!!!

Going to shop for a bra after having two kids, my confidence was already low. While trying on bras for my newly shaped body, the Soma associate asks me "I don't normally ask this question, but are you expecting?" Seriously? This is the reason women have body confidence issues, the fact that people have to ask or comment on everyone's bodies. And then I acted like it was just fine because I didn't want HER to feel uncomfortable. How sad is that?? My feelings are really hurt and my confidence is shot. Thanks for the shopping experience.
