The carwash is repeatedly out of service, but there are not signs to let customers know until after they pay. Then refunds are not given without pushing for it… they say to come back and use it within 13 days (even though it’s broken). There are often transients digging through the trash by the pumps, there is graffiti on the trash cans & the receipt paper is frequently out. The people at the front are often rude & resistant to suggestions on how to improve customer service.

The car wash is supposed to be open 7 am - 7pm, but the owner refuses to open it when there’s a little bit of coastal mist. He says there aren’t enough customers when it’s “raining” (there were people walking to work and walking their dogs with no rain jacket on), but then don’t claim you have the hours that you do. I understand they need to do what’s best for their business but first and foremost do what’s best for the customer. They lost a customer today. Encinitas shell car wash off of Encinitas Blvd is better priced with harder workers.

Most amazing shell I've been too since I've been here. We r visiting from Arizona and the cashier that checked us out was soo amazing I loved his energy and just his overall niceness.
Sorry I can't remember ur name he has glasses and was working at 744 p.m. night shift.
Next time I visit I will definitely come back too see him.

Went to exchange a propane tank like I normally would and the guy working said they were out. The propane cage was full of capped, full tanks! last time I went I had to wait 15 min. Bad customer service, I won't use this location for anything even though it's in a convenient location for my business. Sending my teams elsewhere for fuel.

Open 24/7 and rates are pretty much competitive, not like some exceptional location shell prices. The K store next to it has very clean washrooms.

Very rude asian lady at the register, was calling me out of my name on multiple occasions even when i stopped talking to her. I walked by and said hi and she didn't say anything to me . She was just staring, I asked her what I do and she was silent . While I was purchasing items the rudeness and awkward silence. I stated that she was being rude to me for no reason and I felt like that was a bit weird. She proceeded to call me weirdos in front of other customers . I couldn't believe how rude she was. As a black man who gets treated like this from scum. I wouldn't expect this from such a lovely store. Obviously my skin is factor because she was nice to everyone else. And never got an apology for calling all types of names. Also she said "everyone knows me hear , Noone knows you. Obviously a hateful woman. Manager was very helpful. Owner had yet to address this, I have yet to be apologized to for being called out my name multiple times. Disgusting. Even til this day this lady is still rude when I come in as of today. Im convinced store owner doesn't care

Mark who works graveyard is an amazing employee. You could be having a tough night but he'll always smile and asks how you're doing and engages in conversation especially if you've been there before. Polite and the store is always clean whenever I go in.

The lady named Elvira is the slowest, rudest clerk you can deal with. No matter how many people are in line she will not move any faster. She is extremely slow, never has any sense of urgency to move faster because there are 10 people in line. Elvira accused me of stealing, she actually thinks I would stamp a car wash card 1 punch out of five to cheat getting a free car wash. I paid 100$ in gas purchased the works car wash for 14.99 handed her my card to punch a car wash and she asked me if I got this here. Of course i did FROM HER I told her. She denies it gives me another card but never apologizes and basically insinuates i punched the card to cheat. In my opinion that is accusing me of stealing. BEEN GOING THERE FOR 10 years.. I AM DONE with Rude pathetically slow incompetent service. They never have drinks stocked, always out. Car wash is down so often I hadn't purchased one in months I told elivra, they RUDEST PERSON I AM DONE SUPPORTING THIS RUDE ESTABLISHMENT

I went in to use a promotional coupon that I obtained from a different circle k for "fuel day 'food' coupons." However, I was denied service by "elvira," because she said "that's photocopied." ANY COUPON CAN BE PHOTOCOPIED! So does this mean you guys don't take coupons, in general? I was denied service at this location but drop to Escondido and back to oceanside and got my coffee with no issues. I will not be at this circle k for my gas anymore because of this inconsistent and discretionary decision Elvira made.

I used to come here all the time. Unfortunately, they randomly switched all of the #2 Diesel pumps for 'Renewable' #2 Diesel. Despite the similarities in name, these are NOT the same. I almost filled up with this R99 crap by mistake. After consulting my owner's manual, I realized that I should not use R99 fuel for my engine. It seems extremely misleading to call it #2 Diesel, since I can use #2 Diesel but can't use Renewable #2 Diesel. It's a real shame. Not only does this place have some of the best diesel prices but it's a genuinely nice station and is close to my house. TL;DR - They advertise R99 as #2 Diesel even though they aren't interchangeable

They accused me of stealing without proof and racially profiled me. I paid for it if course and I'm also a member of the circle k app thing and I thought it was unacceptable. I contacted the manger about it and it was kinda just pushed fast in a hurry and I think this is miss treatment and no able to train their employees correctly

This car wash at the circle K is of poor design! Need an attendant to guide you through a wheel guide pulley, sometimes no one is there and when they are, they're rude! I do like the free vacuums. Sometimes you can find clean towels.
