Celeste at the Carlsbad branch was horrible. I asked for cash, she proceeds to ask me how I am spending my own money as if it was any of her business. She tells me after she’s unable to provide me with the amount I’m asking for because they don’t have enough cash! What kinda bank ain’t got no cash!

Without a doubt the worst customer service of any bank. Went in to confirm a transaction would go through. Was told not to worry without ever looking at our account. Well guess what, it wouldn’t go through as it needed prior authorization. What a joke of a bank
