I usually use CVS but the employees at this rite aid on Avenida Encinas are amazing. So helpful and welcoming , it’s awesome!!

I was using Vons Pharmacy on El Camino for years and their service has gone downhill. I switched to Rite Aid and what a big difference in service. I would recommend this Pharmacy. Great staff!

The cashiers need training. The woman how rang me up at noon today decided she was going to press all the options on the key pad used by the clients. I had no chance to get a recipe emailed or the opportunity to get cash. Leave the customer pad for the clients!!!
