If I could give them no stars I would! All the other posts are fake.. the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. I needed the pharmacy and kept getting the runaround for atleast an hour! If not more! Until I was finally told the pharmacist wouldn’t arrive and won’t open until around 12!! First my prescriptions keep getting postponed and now this! In addition their shelves are never stocked!!!

Only pharmacy where I could find my son's medicine. Friendly, efficient staff...I called several other chains and this pharmacy and the Rite Aid in Oceanside are by far the most helpful. Thank you

The female working ice cream counter was argumentative with me and my 12 year old grandchildren and their friend also noticed it. I have never had any employee at Rite be so rude, righteous and argumentative. Wrong person on the bus for the position.

The store is open. I’m a paying customer. The bathroom is in service. However they will not let me use the bathroom, because the store is closing in 20 minutes. That’s just ridiculous- is that even legal?

The worst pharmacy there is. The pharmacist is always "out to lunch" so they make you wait anywhere from half an hour to an hour. Telling you to come back, but why would I drive home just to come right back? It's always longer than they say it's going to be. Been waiting 40 minutes now. Unfortunately, it is the closest one to my house but I dread going here. They need to get it together. What kind of pharmacy doesn't have a pharmacist on at all times?

I got a voicemail that my prescription was ready for pickup. I came on a Friday afternoon. Short wait but efficient checkout. Lots of parking, so overall, gets the job done.

My mother is very I'll, and had a pacemaker pacemaker put in recently. She also needs a knee and hip replacement. The pharmacy manager will not refill any pain medication with out speaking to the dr to ask why they are prescribing it. After the doctor called, she cancelled the prescription and asked us to have the dr put it in again. In all my life I've never experienced such awful service. They are condescending, and overstepping! Do not go here. CVS is a much better option.
