I had a good experience with Michael. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job aligning expectations. Before I brought my car for smoke odor removal, he walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. The service itself was also great. My car is now very clean and the smell has greatly improved. I'm pleased with the service I received and I'm happy to recommend him to family and friends.

Top notch service. I recently bought a certified Toyota without seeing it, when it arrived it smelled like smoke. I reached out and he said he knew exactly what to do. Arrived on time, great conversation super nice guy and went to town on my new vehicle and got the odor out within a couple hours. Used all natural products and recommends not greasing up the vehicle with petroleum products, my kind of guy! Highly recommend.

Michael is amazingly thorough explaining his services but is not pushy whatsoever. I actually talked/texted with him several times about two different cars before I even booked anything. I am sure glad I did, as his interior detail and ozone treatment was exactly what I needed. I had a lingering smoke odor from the prior owner, and Michael completely got rid of it. I would highly recommend and will use his services again!

Michael did an amazing job detailing the inside of my car. Mouse got into the inside of my Prius; he cleaned up everything the mouse left behind and whatever might've gotten through the seats. He was very thorough in checking for nesting materials and whatnot. Left the interior cleaner than when I got the car (used). Michael even cleaned the outer side of my car which had bright yellow paint evidence of a pole-scratch accident, which I had never even mentioned wanting a look at! Outside of the car detailing itself, Michael was great on communicating: quick response, told me what the cleaning process was likely going to involve, answered all my questions. Years ago Michael helped me out. My daughter spilled milk in my car and Michael worked his magic with an ozone treatment. Last week we had another unfortunate incident where someone got sick in the car. And luckily I still had his phone number in my phone. Michael advised me over the phone on what to do immediately and came the very next day to detail and treat my car with ozone. We are very happy. Great service!

My car was stolen and thankfully recovered. However, during the time it was gone, it was lived in and smoked in. The odor was absolutely disgusting and nauseating. I tried to set up appointments with several detailers but most said they couldn’t do it. I finally found Michael who underpromised but over-delivered. After a detailed cleaning and ozone treatment the smell was gone! There are no residual or lingering smells.I will be booking Michael from now on and I would recommend him to anyone who needs some serious detailing!Service: Auto detailing
